With Shinju Jura and Hidari invading the Hidden Leaf Village in the Boruto: Two Blue Vortex manga, the Shinobi have been forced to fight the clones created by Code's Claw Grimes. While the manga revealed that the series' next big threat would be the sentient God Trees, fans did not expect to witness the new antagonist group members fight this early in the series.

The Shinju invaded the Hidden Leaf Village so Jura could devour Naruto Uzumaki. However, upon following the Nine-Tailed Beast's trail, they ended up going after Himawari. With that, Jura wished to capture Himawari. Fortunately, the Hidden Leaf Village Shinobi arrived to help her. So, let's take a look at every Boruto character who is currently fighting Jura and Hidari.

Every Boruto character who is currently fighting Jura

1) Inojin Yamanaka

As seen in the manga's previous manga chapter, Inojin Yamanaka was trying to protect Himawari from Jura. During this, he used his Super Beast Scroll Jutsu to fight Jura. But upon seeing that Jura defended himself easily, Inojin closed in on the God Tree to fight it. Unfortunately, Jura countered him and impaled him with his Wood-Style Jutsu.

According to the manga, Inojin was fatally injured. However, fans may need to wait until the next chapter to get a confirmation of his status.

2) Shikadai Nara

Like Inojin and Chocho, Shikadai Nara from Team 10 is trying to protect Himawari from Jura. But unlike Inojin, who couldn't keep calm when Himawari got entrapped, Shikadai controlled his emotions and attained as much information as possible to relay to his father and other senior Shinobi.

3) Chocho Akimichi

While Chocho Akimichi isn't as smart as Shikadai, she can keep her emotions in control while facing Jura. She has not only been seen executing her parts in the Ino-Shika-Cho formation perfectly but also using her Partial Expansion Jutsu at a moment's notice to keep her allies safe.

4) Himawari Uzumaki

While God Tree Jura was going after Himawari Uzumaki due to the presence of Kurama's chakra within her, Team 10 tried to keep her away from the God Tree.

However, the end of the previous chapter saw Himawari finally accessing Kurama's chakra. With that, the manga set up her fight against Jura. This fight has also been hinted at in Boruto: Two Blue Vortex chapter 11's first sneak peek preview.

1) Konoharmaru Sarutobi

The manga's previous chapter saw Konohamaru Sarutobi and other Hidden Leaf Village Shinobi confronting Hidari within the village. During this, the Shinobi wished to follow Jura but were forced to stay put due to Hidari. This development saw the manga set up Konohamaru's fight against Hidari.

The manga's second sneak peek preview for Boruto: Two Blue Vortex chapter 11 has also hinted at the same.

2) Sarada Uchiha

The moment Sarada Uchiha reached Hidari's location, Hidari teleported behind Sarada by using Code's Claw technique. He then attacked her with a Chidori. Fortunately, Sarada activated her Sharingan in time and evaded the attack. Right after, she attacked Hidari with her own Chidori.

While Hidari was knocked down, he was not defeated. Hence, Boruto: Two Blue Vortex chapter 11 will resume the fight in the next chapter.

3) Sumire Kakei

When the Shinju invaded the Hidden Leaf Village, Sumire Kakei was with Sarada Uchiha. Hence, she joined her in reaching the epicenter of the battle against the Shinju. Thus, like Sarada, she reached the battlefield and could fight the Shinju Hidari alongside Konohamaru and Sarada.
