Blue Lock's Neo-Egoist League mentors stand as the current Gods of football in Muneyuki Kaneshiro's universe. They all seem to possess skills including speed, technical ability, vision, passing, and game-reading by the truckloads. Meanwhile, Noel Noa, Julien Loki, and Chris Prince proved why they are the ones standing at the helm.

These individuals came to Blue Lock to serve as coaches for the teams competing in the Neo-Egoist League. Fans have already seen them lead their teams in each match that has been played so far. However, football abilities aside, one does wonder about the kind of aura these players exude that makes them who they are.

Here's a list of the Blue Lock's mentors ranked according to charisma.

5) Noel Noa

Likely agreeable by many, Noel Noa kicks off this list as the mentor with possibly the least charisma. This is not to say that he doesn't possess a strong personality or isn't attractive in a football sense. Rather, among the mentors fans have been introduced to so far, he has been the most "cyborg-like."

Noa is portrayed as a calm yet serious person who is direct and candid while maintaining his manners all the same. The striker prefers that his players know their place and respect authority. He relies heavily on logic, reason, and stats, choosing to field only those who have proven numbers.

Noa comes from poor French slums, which resulted in him taking football seriously quite early on as he was determined to change his life. According to his world-class colleagues, he might come off as non-expressive and cold. However, in no way does that mean he is not ready to guide his players when required, as seen with Isagi.

4) Marc Snuffy

Following Noa is Italy's Marc Snuffy, the mentor of the Ubers, who seems more charismatic in comparison to his French rival. More than anything, Snuffy has depicted himself as a man who gives importance to teamwork, strategy, and patience.

Initially, he seemed quite cold and calculating. However, it was soon revealed that Snuffy is a rather mild person, politely persuading Shoei Barou to align with the Ubers' ideology. Even so, Snuffy can be single-minded at times, tailing Barou to the training room for a 1v1 face-off, just to prove his point.

More importantly, past experiences have molded Snuffy, and he also prioritizes a player's mental state alongside their individual talents. It was his individuality and odd magnetism that formed part of the reason the Ubers conformed to his style of play and proved to be a force to be reckoned with.

3) Julian Loki

Blue Lock's very own Kylian Mbappe, Julian Loki, is considerably similar to the real person. Both are considered prodigies and represent clubs in France (Mbappe, formerly). Loki seemingly impressed viewers as soon as he was introduced, coming off as someone respectful of their opponents regardless.

He was the only member of Team World 5 to not underestimate Team Blue Lock. He even stopped his teammates from doing so, showing a certain maturity. Loki was polite and went ahead to apologize to his teammates and wish them a good match, according to Isagi.

Further, Loki was understandably not nervous to face Isagi and co., indicating a strong confidence in his own ability. Once again, his team Paris X Gen seem to get along well with him, given his warm and acknowledging aura. Despite his attitude, even Charles Chevalier strives to be able to develop and play alongside Loki.

2) Lavinho

Probably one of the more popular players in Kaneshiro's series is the Brazilian Lavinho. He coaches Spain's FC Barcha, which is the team Meguru Bachira ended up choosing. Lavinho was introduced as a bit of a flashy individual, sporting a blonde stylized mullet, tattoos, and a lot of accessories (off the field).

Lavinho comes off as quite eccentric, expressive, and free-thinking. His personality directly translates into his style of play, much like Bachira himself. Lavinho strongly believes in his own abilities, calling himself the best in the world.

Upon being invited to Blue Lock, he was glad to take over the role of Spain Master. However, unlike the other mentors, he did not directly teach his players. Rather, he explained his own ideology and allowed them to interpret it by themselves. It was likely this strange strength of character that helped Bachira grow immensely.

1) Chris Prince

Concluding this list of charismatic Blue Lock mentors is England's Chris Prince. He is the one considered to be just behind Noa in terms of ability. Chris was invited to the Blue Lock project to serve as the mentor for Manshine City, the team chosen by Nagi Seishiro.

Out of a lot of mentors, Chris Prince is likely the most charismatic, confident, expressive, and a little self-obsessed. He cares little for personal boundaries and isn't afraid to be direct when speaking, which might come off as egotistical. Moreover, he takes pride in flexing his muscles needlessly, quite literally.

As he states, he had grown a lot from the young man who would overestimate his physical talent. Although self-centered, he tries to rouse and inspire his players through "powerful" speeches. Despite his attitude, there is a kind of attractiveness to him, which made Nagi and others adopt his playstyle readily.
