Fairy Tail: 100 Years Quest episode 12 started with Wendy facing Nebaru, who taunted her while attempting to ensnare her again. Wendy managed to dodge and land a hit, but Nebaru destroyed an orb, causing Aldoron to shake. Meanwhile, Laxus and Kiria discussed their goals before Kiria attacked him. Laxus defeated her, asserting that weakness is acceptable among friends. At the same time, Erza tricked Jellal and left him bound, and headed back to the church.

Natsu, facing Wraith, fought Makarov's possessed body. Wraith explained that Natsu could hit him because of his perception. After reflecting on Makarov's past, Wraith realized the strength of Fairy Tail’s bonds and exited Makarov's body, admitting defeat. He thanked Natsu and disappeared, finally able to rest.

Elsewhere, Lucy, Gray, and Juvia encountered Cana. Using Magic Cards, Lucy and Cana trapped the Thunder God Tribe and saved their friends. Gray suspected Cana’s drunkenness had prevented her from being controlled.

Later, Cana imprisoned more allies while Laxus prepared to destroy another orb. Erza arrived and challenged Laxus, knowing she couldn’t catch him off guard. Meanwhile, Natsu and Happy flew to the town on Aldoron’s back, drawn by a pillar of light. They found the White Wizard unconscious. Natsu prepared to attack her, but Touka suddenly woke up, hugging him and pleading for his help.
