Fairy Tail: 100 Years Quest episode 13 started with Lucy's group discussing strategies for dealing with Mirajane and Elfman. Gray suggested plans, but others pointed out flaws, trusting Mirajane’s strength. They also teased Lucy about Touka’s crush on Natsu. Meanwhile, at Back Town's church, Touka apologized for a misunderstanding, explaining that she mistook Happy for Natsu, reminiscing about when she was saved by "Natsu" a year ago.

As they talked, Touka transformed back into her Exceed form, shocking the group. At Left Hand Town, Erza fought Laxus, who revealed his new Red Lightning Dragon Mode. Their intense battle saw Erza wielding enchanted swords infused with Natsu's and Gray's magic, but Laxus' red lightning had the upper hand. After an explosive exchange, both mages were drained of power, ending in a draw.

Kiria, observing from a distance, planned to take advantage of the situation. Meanwhile, the destruction of Aldoron's orbs became a priority. Touka struggled to keep control as the White mage awakened, taking over her body.

The White mage then cast Whiteout on Natsu, draining his magic to use him for her plans. Happy, however, cleverly distracted her and escaped with Natsu. The episode ends with the White Mage writhing in pain, her body now sprouting crystals.
