In Fairy Tail: 100 Year Quest episode 3, Mercphobia demands those with ill intentions leave, but Kiria prepares to battle him. However, Black Ash teleports the Diabolos Mages away.

Natsu explains Elefseria’s quest to Mercphobia, who then invites Team Natsu to his temple, revealing his uncontrollable powers that submerged Ermina Town. He requests the Mages kill him after he corrects his critical error.

On the Diabolos ship, Kiria complains about Mercphobia, while Skullion identifies him as the false Water Dragon. At Blue Pegasus, Jellal seeks Touka, warning the guild to keep their distance. Gajeel, Juvia, and Lily observe Touka, but their investigation is cut short by an irritated Levy.

In Ermina, Mercphobia explains his powers were stolen by the White Wizard, intending to revert Ermina. Skullion, Kiria, and Madmole interrupt, aiming to steal Mercphobia’s magic. Jellal seeks Kagura’s help and reveals Touka as the White Wizard, with magic rivaling Zeref.

Mercphobia attacks the Diabolos mages, leading to battles between team Natsu and the Diabolos guild. Lucy and Wendy tend to Mercphobia while Gray and Erza fight Skullion and Kiria. Kiria disables Erza by cutting her strength and then overwhelms Lucy and Wendy.

This is followed by Skullion turning the sea to ash, seemingly disintegrating Gray. Natsu is defeated by Madmole due to motion sickness. In Magnolia, Jellal addresses Touka as the White Wizard.

What to expect from Fairy Tail: 100 Years Quest episode 4?

Fairy Tail: 100 Years Quest episode 4 will explore the full extent of the Diabolos clan members while revealing more about Touka, who is supposedly as strong as Zeref himself. While episode 3 established Mercphobia's intention of self-sacrifice, episode 4 will reveal his actual fate.
