Fairy Tail: 100 Years Quest episode 4 started with Jellal confronting Touka, suspecting her of infiltrating Fairy Tail. Despite her claims of joining Natsu and using water magic, Jellal accuses her of forming the Rebellious cult and stealing magic from the Water Dragon, linking her to recent Magic Deficiency Disease cases. Laxus intervenes, defending Touka and threatening Jellal.

Meanwhile, the dragon eaters on the Diabolos ship pursue the White Wizard and hold Erza, Natsu, and Wendy captive. Kiria torments Erza, who remains under her spell. Lucy, Happy, and Carla encounter Brandish, who shrunk Gray and explains her plans in Guiltina, including taking Aquarius' key.

Jellal recalls compromising with Laxus about Touka, still questioning her true identity. Erza eventually breaks free from Kiria's spell and releases Natsu and Wendy, aided by Brandish, who beaches the ship. They prepare to fight the awakened Diabolos mages.

Back at the guild, Touka expresses gratitude to Laxus, but Gajeel notices her malicious grin. Laxus warns her against threatening the guild. Touka leaves, upset.

In his hideout, Jellal confronts Touka, who confirms her dual identity and collapses from an internal struggle. Gajeel, Lily, Juvia, and Levy arrive, knocking her unconscious. Jellal realizes Touka and the White Wizard share the same body. Erza continues battling Kiria, revealing her enchanted blade, while Natsu overpowers Madmole with his heat.
