Fairy Tail: 100 Years Quest episode 5 started with Natsu burning through Madmole’s armor and reuniting with Wendy, Lucy, Carla, Gray, and Happy. Despite his burns, Madmole stands again at Skullion’s command. Meanwhile, Erza, in her Flame Empress Armor, hits Kiria, breaking through the ship’s deck.
Skullion teleports Kiria to his location and acknowledges Fairy Tail’s strength. Natsu vows to protect Mercphobia without killing him. Skullion reveals their guild's true power and teleports away, disintegrating the Diabolos ship into ash, which Erza speculates was created by Molding Magic.
Team Natsu later arrives at Ermina to find Mercphobia rampaging. Karameel confesses that the White Wizard restricted Mercphobia's Magic, which she can restore to full power.
Meanwhile, Touka awakens in the guildhall, questioned by Jellal and the Fairy Tail members. She reveals she joined to meet Wendy, hoping Wendy could expel the White Wizard from her body. The White Wizard regains control, breaks her bonds, and restores Mercphobia's Magic remotely.
Karameel pleads for team Natsu to put Mercphobia to rest. Natsu refuses to kill him but is soon convinced by his team to do so. All of Team Natsu's attacks end up doing no damage as Mercphobia lifts the entire ocean into the sky as a display of his power. The episode ends with a shot of Touka sitting amidst the entirety of the Fairy Tail guild that ended up being incapacitated.

Fairy Tail: 100 Years Quest episode 6 is expected to mainly focus on Team Natsu's battle against Mercphobia. Episode 5 made it clear that the current Team Natsu couldn't harm Mercphobia at all, so it is possible that Natsu gets a sudden power-up to defeat him or they receive help from a new character, possibly one of the other Dragon Gods.
