Frieren: Beyond Journey's End chapter 133 came out on September 11, 2024, on Viz Media. The chapter continued the Shadow Warrior's meeting and revealed their intentions of targeting the Serie's bodyguards. Moreover, the chapter disclosed Frieren's plans with the silver coins he gave to Gazelle.
In the previous chapter, Frieren was deceived by a shadow warrior in the guise of a vendor, who sold her a fake Unified Empire artifact. However, the Elven mage was aware of the man's actual identity, so she imbued her silver coins with her mana during the transaction to possibly track the man's location.
On the other hand, the chapter highlighted a conversation between Sense and Denken. The former couldn't believe that Denken didn't know about the empire's mission to assassinate Serie. Besides that, the chapter saw the Shadow warriors engaged in a meeting.

Frieren: Beyond Journey's End chapter 133: The Shadow Warriors discuss plans to nullify Serie's bodyguards
Picking up the events from the previous chapter, Frieren: Beyond Journey's End chapter 133, titled Silver Coins, begins with the Shadow Warriors discussing the possible threats to their mission. One of the Shadow Warriors reveals that they have drawn a list of the targets in an easy-to-understand language.
Their priority is to lure Serie's bodyguards away and eliminate them during the time of the assassination. The Shadow Warriors go through the list and notice seven bodyguards including Frieren and Sense. Walross recalls seeing Frieren's name on an old list for another mission that failed.
The man adds that it was during the turmoil caused by the late Emperor's succession dispute. However, he refrains from revealing more details about the mission, preferring to keep a few secrets to himself. Meanwhile, Gazelle informs others about meeting Frieren and Stark at his shop.
He thinks he wouldn't have stood a chance if he engaged in a battle against them. Yet, the Shadow Warrior knows that he's mentally prepared to sacrifice his life for the mission. However, he wonders whether they can take down Serie, a mage who has existed since the mythical era. He refuses to die in vain.
Following that in Frieren: Beyond Journey's End chapter 133, Schritt shows Gazelle a Holy Wand Emblem. The latter recognizes it as a belonging of Minus, one of the Great Mages who went rogue 20 years ago.
Schritt then recounts a story, revealing how a nameless warrior from a remote country took down Minus while losing one eye. When Gazelle questions the story's authenticity, Schritt tells him that Minus truly disappeared from the world.
Frieren: Beyond the Journey's End chapter 133 then shows Schritt telling Gazelle that one can't materialize something they don't envision in the world of magic. Besides, their commander, Lowe, never viewed the Great Mages as unkillable monsters.

The narrative for Frieren: Beyond Journey's End chapter 133 switches the perspective to Routine and Iris, who walk home through an underground tunnel. As per Wolff's instructions, the Shadow Warriors must form teams for security reasons. Suddenly, they notice a barrage of arrows coming at them from the darkness.
Iris demonstrates her powers to catch a poisoned arrow with her mouth. The duo feels Wolf has set up some traps. When Routine asks Iris if she's okay, the girl reveals she has some poison resistance. Routine then recalls Walross having a lethal anti-poison ability.
As they move forward, Iris feels they are being followed but quickly dismisses the thought. She looks forward to the battle, where her life will be on the line. Frieren: Beyond Journey's End chapter 133 reveals Falsch stalking them.
Frieren: Beyond Journey's End chapter 133: Frieren tells Stark and Fern her plans
The narrative for Frieren: Beyond Journey's End chapter 133 switches to Gazelle, who pays off his tab. He says he wants to return his debt before he dies. Meanwhile, Frieren and Stark arrive at Gazelle's stall and notice the man's missing.
The elven mage reveals to Stark and Fern that she cast Pursuit Magic on the silver coins she gave to Gazelle to track his location. According to Frieren: Beyond Journey's End chapter 133, the elven mage suspected Gazelle as a Shadow Warrior when she saw him talking to Walross.
Apparently, Frieren knows Walross as Rasen from 80 years ago. During that time, he was a hero who reclaimed one-third of the Empire's territory from the demons. Frieren clearly remembers the man's face, even though it has been 80 years.
She thinks it's slightly suspicious for him to be using a different name. Meanwhile, Stark asks Frieren what if Gazelle has already spent the silver coins. The elven mage feels it's unlikely since silver coins are more valuable currency.
Fern finds it hard to believe because she thinks Frieren's theories are completely based on speculations. When Stark tries to defend the mage, Fern reminds him that at least they can't trust her judgments on Grimoire. Frieren: Beyond Journey's End chapter 133 ends in a comical manner, with Frieren wailing over the money she lost to Gazelle.
