The previous chapter revealed Tamsy, the cleaner from the Eager Faction, as Amo's captor and Regto's killer. He was the "Angel" whom Amo had seen in his past. In other words, the chapter confirmed Tamsy as a traveler, who could move between the Sphere and the Ground. At the same time, the chapter saw Rudo and others from the Cleaners rescue Amo and take her to the Cleaners' HQ for treatment.

Gachiakuta chapter 111: Tamsy interrupts Rudo and Amo's conversation and reveals the Watchman Book's powers
Picking up the events from the previous chapter, Gachiakuta chapter 111, titled False Face, begins with Amo regaining her consciousness at the Cleaners' infirmary, with Rudo beside her. She observes a flower pot over Rudo's head and wonders whether it's sprouting from there.
Embarrassed, Rudo tells Amo that it fell on his head while he was looking at her shoes. The boy gives Amo her shoes, which fill her with warmth. Rudo tells the girl how glad he is to see her waking up. He understands everything that has happened in the desert, which is why he's happy to see Amo alive.
Gachiakuta chapter 111 then changes the perspective to Amo, who feels her current condition is akin to punishment for inflicting pain on others. She confesses that she has hurt a lot of people to get what she wanted.
However, having met Rudo and others, Amo doesn't want to go through the pain of loneliness anymore. She can't stand the fear that she will one day disappear and nobody will know. That's why Amo is happy to see Rudo coming to see her. With teary eyes, she thanks Rudo.
Gachiakuta chapter 111 then breaks Amo and Rudo's moment with Tamsy's sudden arrival. The Eager Faction's cleaner, with his usual mocking tone, asks Amo whether she remembers her captor.
He wonders if the girl can tell some identifying features, so the Hell Guards can look for them. However, Amo doesn't remember anything other than seeing a long-haired woman. Gachiakuta chapter 111 reveals that Amo can remember everything except the person who held her captive.
Tamsy smiles and feels it's only natural for her to have vague memories, considering she was given only water for four days and nothing else. However, he feels Amo will surely remember everything once she regains her strength.
The next panel in Gachiakuta chapter 111 shockingly reveals the power of the Watchman Book Tamsy stole from Regto after killing him in the Sphere. The journal/book, which belongs to the Watchman series, lets the user tinker with one's memories.
The chapter strongly implies that Tamsy used the book to erase himself from Amo's memories. Besides that, the Eager Faction's cleaner observes Rudo staring at him suspiciously. He wonders whether the information broker has spilled his secret.
He wastes no time to ask Rudo whether he has learned anything about the Watchman series from the information broker. Rudo tells Tamsy that he asked Kuro, the information broker, about the whereabouts of the Chokers' maker. However, he said he didn't know.
Tamsy finds it strange that Rudo paid the price but hasn't received an answer. However, seeing Rudo's reaction, Tamsy speculates he's lying.
Gachiakuta chapter 111 ends on a thrilling note, with Tamsy wondering whether Rudo has truly heard something valuable from the information broker.
