Gachiakuta chapter 112 was released on Tuesday, October 1, 2024. The chapter delved into a flashback and revealed the conversation Rudo had with Kuro, the information broker, regarding the Choker maker's identity. While Kuro's answer angered Kuro, he found an interesting piece of information on the Choker maker.

In the previous chapter, it was revealed that Tamsy could tamper with one's memories using the Watchman Book he stole from Regto after killing him. He used the book to erase himself from Amo's memories. That's why the girl couldn't recall anything about her captor, other than seeing a long-haired woman.

Gachiakuta chapter 112: Rudo receives a mysterious note on the Choker maker's location from Kuro

Picking up the events from the previous chapter, Gachiakuta chapter 112, titled Unboxing, begins with Tamsy wondering whether Rudo has heard something about him from the information broker. In the next panel, the chapter delves into a flashback, revealing Rudo's conversation with Kuro, the information broker.

At Cleaners South Branch, Rudo asks Kuro two questions. Firstly, he wants to know the location of the person who made the chokers. That way, he can figure out if they are using the Watchman series, which is one of the clues to moving across the borders.

Rudo also plans to have the Chokers' maker trace Amo's choker. Secondly, the boy wants to know where Amo is. Enjin wonders about the thought process behind Rudo's question, as he feels they should stick to asking solely about the Choker maker. Yet, Rudo says that if he can get two answers from Kuro, then he refuses to miss his chance to learn about Amo.

Gachiakuta chapter 112 then switches the perspective to Kuro, who writes down the location where Amo is held captive. Shocked by Kuro's additional information on Amo, Rudo promptly asks him who has captured Amo. However, Kuro refuses to elaborate further, as he would then require another payment.

Rudo manages to keep a cool head, as he doesn't want to drag others like Riyo to get hurt because of him. Gachiakuta chapter 112 then shifts the focus back to Kuro, who apologetically tells Rudo that he doesn't have the information on the Chokers' maker.

Kuro's answer infuriates Rudo and makes him go berserk. He calls him a con artist and abuses him in all sorts of ways. While apologizing to Rudo, the information broker reminds him about his (Rudo's) ancestor's will. So, he knows that the boy has received at least something out of it.

Although Rudo doesn't pay much attention to the man, Enjin takes a letter from the information broker's hands. As soon as he reads the letter's content, he appears surprised. On the other hand, Kuro apologizes to Rudo again and reveals that the Choker maker is an expert at hiding information.

That's why only false information ever reaches his ears. Meanwhile, Enjin tells Rudo to calm down and look at the letter. Gachiakuta chapter 112 reveals that the letter's content mustn't be spoken aloud, since the Choker maker listens to the voices.

The letter specifies Rudo to go to the South Ward's Doll Festival in two weeks, where a white crow will lead him to someone with the information on the Choker maker's whereabouts. However, if the maker catches a whiff of it, Rudo's target will escape. The letter further warns not to share the details with anyone, including fellow cleaners.

After the flashback, Gachiakuta chapter 112 returns to the present, where Rudo tells Tamsy that the information broker didn't have information on the Choker maker. The chapter ends with Tamsy convinced that Rudo is lying.
