With the release of Go! Go! Loser Ranger! season finale, the anime saw Fighter D challenging Blue Keeper to a battle to the death. During his fight against Peltrola, Fighter D realized his resolve to dominate the world on his terms. This meant that he wanted to eliminate both Boss Monsters and the Dragon Keepers. That is why, after "defeating" Peltrola, he went after the Dragon Keeper.

As fans might remember, Blue Keeper had previously used his Divine Artifact to attack Fighter D. While he believed that he succeeded in killing the monster, Fighter D survived and challenged him to a fight. The end of the fight saw Blue Keeper pass away. So, was it Fighter D who killed the Blue Keeper?

No, while the Blue Keeper gets killed in Go! Go! Loser Ranger! Episode 12, it wasn't Fighter D but Boss Monster Peltrola who killed the Dragon Keeper.

As seen in the anime, Fighter D was initially a wicked monster who did not care about anyone but his fellow monsters. However, slowly as he began living life as Hibiki Sakurama, he began noticing the good in them.

Not all human beings are bad. In fact, Fighter D created a good relationship with many of them. This was evident from how he would often plan on sparing the people who helped him when he would one day succeed in his mission of world domination.

Hence, although Fighter D wished to defeat all Dragon Keepers, he wanted to do it fairly, i.e., by not using any underhanded methods. This was also why he complied with Blue Keeper's request to stay away from unconscious Konno as the ranger was defenseless against any debris or blasts.

With that, both Fighter D and Blue Keeper wished to fight each other to death with integrity. Unfortunately, just as the two were set to have their possible final clash, Peltrola and Fighter XX arrived on the battlefield. Peltrola shot an attack through Blue Keeper's neck, killing him.

Thus, while it was Fighter D who was clashing with Blue Keeper in Go! Go! Loser Ranger! finale, it was Boss Monster Peltrola who killed him.

Fighter D's resolve to fight fairly was also evident from his reaction to Blue Keeper's death. He wished to kill Blue Keeper himself and was devastated at seeing him die due to some interference.

Thus, after Shogo Aoshima's Blue Keeper uniform became inactive, Fighter D ragefully looked at Peltrola to attack him. At that very moment, Fighter XX swallowed Peltrola, possibly safeguarding the Boss Monster from danger.

Right after, before Fighter D could say something, Fighter XX apologized to him for her actions as obeying a Boss Monster was the only way she knew how to live as a monster. Following that. she left the battlefield.

Hence, Go! Go! Loser Ranger! anime finale saw Blue Keeper pass away. While Fighter D wasn't satisfied by how the Dragon Keeper got defeated, he had only four more Dragon Keepers to defeat.
