Go! Go! Loser Ranger! episode 6, titled 'One Plus Two Equals... Threat!' saw Fighter D take part in the final exams to become a Dragon Keeper. Unfortunately, the final selection required him to work with a teammate Kai Shion, and he wasn't on good terms with him. To make matters worse, the two were pitted in a fight against the monster actor Shun Tokita.

While Fighter D did face some trouble, he turned the fight from a 2 vs. 1 into a 4 vs. 2 by adding Angel Usukubo, Soujirou Ishikawa, and monster actor Kanon Hisui into the mix. Just when it seemed like the fight was nearing its conclusion, the alarm went off, postponing the battle to the next day.

Go! Go! Loser Ranger! episode 7, titled 'The Zigzag Road to the Final Exam!,' will most likely see Fighter D pass his final selection exam. By the end of the exam's first day, Fighter D had won the confidence of Kai Shion, Angel Usukubo, and Soujirou Ishikawa. Thus, there is a good chance that the four candidates may team up together to fight Shun Tokita and Kanon Hisui on the second day.

That said, fans will have to wait until the next episode gets released to see if Kai Shion has actually allied himself with Fighter D or not.
