Chisaki gets a taste of his own medicine in My Hero Academia chapter 427
After the events of the final war, Overhaul was imprisoned, and the boss of Shie Hassaikai came to visit him in the spoilers of My Hero Academia chapter 427. The villain was surprised to see how the boss could still move. The boss revealed that due to the advancing technology, he was able to nullify the effects of Overhaul's quirk.
The boss reprimanded Overhaul for his foolish behavior, how he used a little girl and ruined her life just to complete a selfish aim, which also didn't bore any fruit. Helplessly, Overhaul started apologizing to his boss. The boss revealed that the organization had now been dissolved, so he is no longer the boss. He added he wouldn't let Chisaki live a peaceful life until he died.
Before becoming Overhaul, Chisaki was part of the Yakuza organization named Shie Hassaikai. The organization was responsible for organizing criminal activity and was led by a man named 'The Boss.' After All Might's arrival, the criminal activity was reduced to the minimum, forcing Shie Hassaikai officials to live in the shadows.
Chisaki, looking at the miserable state of his organization, wanted to bring it back to its former glory. He planned to remove the quirks of heroes, as he considered them a plague, and wanted to bring the criminals back to the streets. Unfortunately, his plan was fortified after he met Eri, a girl whose quirk could rewind anyone into their previous state.
Chisaki saw the opportunity and started experimenting on Eri's body to make her produce a Quirk-destroying Drug. He then shared his thoughts with the boss of Shie Hassaikai, but the latter didn't like his plan. The boss ordered him to stop everything and even warned Overhaul about kicking him out of the organization if he refused to.
Desperate for his plan to bore fruit, Overhaul put his boss in a comatose state using his quirk and took over Shie Hassaikai as its new boss. He kept two people of Shie Hassaikai close to him and received aid from the League of Villains in exchange for revealing his plans.
This later led to the war between Shie Hassaikai and the Heroes, resulting in numerous people losing their quirks and Eri losing her mental stability. Deku eventually saved her and defeated Overhaul in a heated battle. After his defeat, the League of Villains returned to Overhaul, stole everything he had, and tore both of his hands.
He was later imprisoned in Tartarus and escaped alongside All for One. But now, Kai only had pity for Eri and the boss whom he had betrayed. He partnered with Lady Nagant and was later assured by Deku that he could arrange a meeting with the boss. Later, according to the spoilers of My Hero Academia chapter 427, the boss and Chisaki crossed paths, and the latter got what he deserved.
