My Hero Academia is just a few days away from its climax and only in a single chapter, My Hero Academia's biggest mystery, which is the true identity of Deku's father who is yet to make an official appearance in the manga series. Other than this, other mysteries need to be unveiled in a single chapter.

Fortunately, My Hero Academia's biggest mystery is confirmed to be revealed in the final chapter as the author claimed that Deku's father would be revealed in the story of the series. However, it couldn't be said to what extent this mystery would be revealed, similar to the other mysteries that still exist to this day.

Hisashi Midoriya, the name revealed in the My Hero Academia: Ultra Archive: The Official Character Guide, is the father of the protagonist of the series Izuku Midoriya.

Everything regarding him was revealed in the first chapter of the series where Izuku learned his fate as a quirkless person. Hisashi used a quirk that allowed him to blow fire out of his mouth.

Moreover, he left to live abroad for a job which raised the question of whether he left behind his family or not. The author also revealed that the reveal of Hisashi would be done in the future.

The final chapter of the series is set to be released on August 5, 2024, and if the author stays true to his word, fans will most likely get to see the father of Izuku Midoriya.

With a bunch of theories already present on the internet, the standout out of all of those is the one that considers the final antagonist, All for One, the father of Izuku Midoriya. One of the biggest hints is this was his face which wasn't revealed to the date he died.

He could easily use the quirk to throw fire out of his mouth as he could steal others' quirks pretty easily. This could also hint at why Izuku was born quickless because All for One could have stolen his quirk in his childhood, just like what he did for Tomoko Shiretoko (Ragdoll).

After the mysterious character was revealed post-final war, fans speculated he might be Izuku Midoriya's injured father. While some see All Might as a father figure, others think he could be Izuku's real father, explaining Izuku's quirklessness.

However, these theories are speculative. Although it's My Hero Academia's biggest mystery, it could be disappointing if Deku's father isn't actively involved in the Hero Society events.
