My Hero Academia author Kohei Horikoshi hinted at the order the epilogue would follow in chapter 425 of the manga, unbeknownst to many fans. In one of the pages, the characters Shoto Todoroki, Spinner's scales, and Ochaco Uraraka, with a panel below her showing the side of her torso that was stabbed by Himiko Toga in the final war arc, appear in a chronological manner.
While this may not appear to be the most compelling evidence for the order of plot points in the My Hero Academia epilogue arc, it is plausible based on what has been shown thus far. After all, it was in chapter 426 that Dabi's issues with the Todoroki family were addressed, and chapter 427 showed Deku's talk with Spinner, thus suggesting that chapter 428 is going to focus on Uraraka and, most likely, Himiko Toga.

Horikoshi already hinted at the order of the next few chapters of the My Hero Academia epilogue arc
As previously stated, chapter 425 of the manga featured, from right to left, Shoto Todoroki, Spinner's scales, and then Ochaco Uraraka, indicating the order of the focus of the epilogue chapters. Chapter 426, as Horikoshi intended, focused on Shoto's issues with his family, and chapter 427 highlighted Deku's conversation with Spinner in the spotlight.
It is certainly a very interesting coincidence, and there is a good chance that Horikoshi meant for this to take place that way. Thus, if that line of reasoning is maintained, Ochaco Uraraka will be the primary focus of chapter 428, and it is likely that this chapter will also address Himiko Toga's aftermath.
Many fans have also speculated that the next chapter will feature Deku and Uraraka confessing to each other, which a large portion of the fandom would like to see happen. In that regard, it makes a lot of sense if the next chapter is where that event takes place.

What could happen in the coming chapter?
The upcoming chapter might center on Uraraka's reunion with Himiko Toga. Both the characters maintained a rivalry throughout the manga, so it would make sense for them to share one final moment before the series ends.
Additionally, Uraraka might also get the opportunity to share moments with her parents, who served as her initial inspiration for becoming a hero, and with Deku as well. They have played an important role in her character development throughout the manga, so it is only fitting that her chapter revolves around them.
Final thoughts
If the chronological order mentioned in chapter 425 holds true, the next My Hero Academia chapter will focus on Ochaco Uraraka. However, this is purely fan speculation at the moment, and readers should take it with a grain of salt.
