To date, 122 episodes of Hajime no Ippo have been released. The series is divided into three seasons and aired from October 3, 2000, to March 29, 2014.

Haji no Ippo follows the story of Ippo Makunouchi and other boxers who wish to become the best boxers in the world, but during their journey, they face many challenges. Every season introduces some new characters. The series shows the progression of the main character, Ippo Makunouchi, throughout the three seasons.
