Bleach TYBW part 4 was announced on December 28, 2024, immediately after the climax of part 3 (Bleach Thousand Year Blood War: The Conflict). While part 3 introduced a lot of anime-original content that was a treat for the fans, the same could be expected for part 4. However, how many chapters from the canon material are left to be adapted?
Bleach TYBW part 4, the last part of the anime, needs to cover the remaining 25 and a half chapters. Given the scarcity of the remaining chapters, the final part of TYBW would see a lot of anime-original content, as reported by the series' author. Moreover, even though the episode count isn't announced yet, it could be the same as part 3.
Will Bleach TYBW part 4 be the final part?
In November 2020, Weekly Shonen Jump and legendary mangaka Tite Kubo announced the TV anime adaptation of Bleach's final arc, the Thousand Year Blood War. Moreover, alongside the adaptation announcement, it was revealed that the final arc's adaptation will be divided into four parts.
The first part was released in October 2022, almost two years after the announcement. Part 2 (The Separation) was released in July 2023, and Part 3 (Bleach Thousand Year Blood-War: The Conflict) was released in October 2024, which climaxed on December 28, 2024, with a two-episode release finale.
Bleach TYBW part 4 was announced immediately after the release of part 3's finale and would feature Ichigo and the Soul Society's last fight against Yhwach and his army. The announcement trailer for part 4 didn't reveal anything about the release date, staff members, or anything else.

How many episodes will Bleach TYBW part 4 have? (Speculative)
As of this article's publication, the episode count for Bleach TYBW part 4 is yet to be announced by the series' production team. However, a safe guess could be made after looking at the remaining source material.
Part 3 adapted the first half of Bleach chapter 661. The manga series has 686 chapters (excluding the extra chapters), meaning that part 4 will adapt the remaining 25 (and a half) chapters. As announced earlier during a TikTok livestream by the series' author, part 4 will have a lot of anime-original content.
However, this anime-original content would not be outside the source material narrative (no new characters will be introduced). So, considering the remaining chapters added to part 4 being heavy with 'anime-original' scenes, Bleach Thousand Year Blood-War: The Calamity might be a single-cour series with an episode count ranging from 13-14 episodes (just like the prequel parts).
Conclusion
Given the added anime-original scenes in the final part, Bleach TYBW part 4 might be generational as it might feature a different climax than the manga series. Moreover, the final part might also be a redemption for every character who couldn't receive the love they deserved, as the author's health forced him to end the series in a rushed way.
