Pokemon has 23 animated movies and one live-action movie (Pokemon: Detective Pikachu). The great thing about Pokemon Movies is that they mostly come every year, which gives great joy to the fans as every movie of Pokemon is amazing and people love to watch it.
Pokemon story follows the main protagonist Ash Ketchum (Satoshi in Japan) in all first 25 seasons alongside his first Pokemon, Pikachu who is also the main face of the Pokemon world and the most famous Pokemon in the world. The series has many writers, including Takeshi Shudo, Junki Takegami, Atsuhiro Tokioka, Aya Matsui, Shoji Yonemura, and Dai Sato. OLM's different studio team worked on the series.
The first Pokemon movie (Pokemon: The First Movie), written by Takeshi Shudo and Directed by Kunihiko Yuyama, was released in 1998. Pokemon: The Movie - Secrets of the Jungle (International Release) on 2022-10-7 is the last released movie.
