Romance is Dead Manhwa debuted on March 23, 2023, with Wisdom House serving as the publishing house. The manhwa has 32 chapters in the original Korean language and 23 in English translation. As the story began, it told of Luce, who had betrayed Felix by being unfaithful to him. Luce, on the other hand, claimed that she was accused and targeted.
However, there were so many pieces of evidence that it proved she was guilty, and as a result, she was evicted, her family disowned her, and she was even sued for libel. But as the plot progressed, it was shown that Luce had no romantic relationships after the huge scandal, but when she is given the opportunity to prove her innocence, the entire plot started to begin to contradict the title.
For instance, Roman, who is regarded as the Crown Prince's close friend, has seen to develop a soft spot for Luce. As a result, fans saw Roman assisting Luce despite having no real reason to do so.
Furthermore, in Romance is Dead Manhwa Chapter 23, Roman was seen with an inclination towards Luce, telling her that she is the most beautiful woman and should keep her head held high. Also, near the end of the chapter, Roman stated that he will assist her in blocking any move made against Luce at the banquet.
Not only that but as Crewe Temanoss has pointed out, Mister Damien is also smitten with Luce. According to him, the more Damien denies his feelings for Luce, the stronger they become. This is also evident in his outspoken mistrust and his intense dislike of Luce.
Not least of all is Sasha, who is constantly by Luce's side. Sasha met Luce after losing her legal battle with Felix and being ordered to pay a large fine. Luce joined the National Laboratory, where Sasha worked, to earn and repay the money. Although it has been five years since that day, Sasha has remained by Luce's side the entire time, providing her with the best solace he is able to.
Over time, Luce has come to blindly trust Sasha and is aware of it, and the two have become close. Although he isn't her only friend, he can be considered to be the one she is closest to. Also, Sasha secretly filed for a second plea to ask for an additional investigation as he genuinely wants Luce to establish her innocence. This action demonstrated his resolve.

The new Romance is Dead Manhwa has demonstrated that it has a devoted following and despite the fact that the manhwa's title and basic premise implied there would be no romance, the story is already beginning to go in the opposite direction.
