Riruka may have a small role in Bleach, but her unique and versatile Fullbring ability makes her stand out. It played a crucial role in Ichigo's training during the Lost Agent arc and supported the main cast in the Thousand-Year Blood War arc.

Riruka Dokugamine is a Fullbringer in Bleach who has the power to trap or release people from objects she loves and finds cute, named Dollhouse, but she isn't very strong. Her abilities are not really centered in combat and mostly rely on strategies or the enemy not knowing about her powers so she could potentially beat them, which is hard to gauge in terms of strength.

As mentioned earlier, Riruka Dokugamine's Fullbring is named Dollhouse and has the ability to trap and release people within objects she loves and finds cute. An example of that was how she shrunk Ichigo Kurosaki during the Lost Agent arc so he could fit on a literal Dollhouse and be able to train to develop his own Fullbring, which is a very practical way for her powers.

She grants permission for people to access the place as well, giving her full control, and the enhanced version, granted by Ginjo Kugo after the latter stole Ichigo's powers, has the Addiction Shot which can hit a target and give Riruka the ability to trap that person's soul in another object. The enhanced version also has the Human Container, which has her stab a target with her gauntlet and gets a hold of the person's body.

Riruka's strength in Bleach is hard to measure since her abilities focus more on manipulation than combat. In her battle with Rukia Kuchiki, Riruka relied on her opponent not understanding her powers, but Rukia easily gained the upper hand. Like her friend Orihime, Riruka isn't much of a fighter.

Riruka also has a weapon known as the Love Gun, which was created and designed by another Fullbringer and ally of hers, Shūkurō Tsukishima. She can shoot it and is able to fire miniaturized objects contained inside it, with her capable of minimizing or enlarging the size of said shots that are shot.

This is the only true fighting ability that Riruka has and is connected to her abilities as a Fullbringer and Spiritual Pressure. However, she isn't much of a fighter and ranks fairly low in terms of strength, which is evidenced by the fact that Rukia, still without learning her own Bankai, was capable of defeating her without making much effort.

Final thoughts

It is always going to be difficult to determine how strong is Riruka in Bleach because she only had one battle and wasn't resolved through traditional battle solutions. However, she has a very diverse skill set that can be useful in other contexts, as evidenced by how she uses them in the series.
