I Parry Everything episode 5 will be released on August 1, 2024, revealing the next step in Noor and Lynne's journey as a master-apprentice pair. While episode 4 made it clear that Noor was beginning to realize the potential benefits of having Lynne in his party, episode 5 will reveal his actual feelings regarding the situation.

Episode 5 might also adapt to Noor accepting Lynne as his apprentice. The anime will be available for streaming on Muse Asia's YouTube channel and HIDIVE. The series is currently listed for 12 episodes and has yet to be confirmed for an English dub.

A brief recap of I Parry Everything episode 4

I Parry Everything episode 4 starts with Rein, Lynne's brother, pondering why the king gave such a precious treasure, the abnormal-looking black blade, to Noor. This blade, a national treasure, was obtained by the king and six other adventurers after navigating a labyrinth for years.

Rein is confused by the king's decision but rationalizes it by suggesting the king noticed an ominous presence in the kingdom and gambled on Noor to help. The episode shifts to Lynne and Noor in the market and at the guild, where the Guildmaster offers them a goblin-hunting quest due to Lynne's high rank.

Noor, with the lowest rank, eagerly accepts. In the forest, they encounter a Goblin Emperor, whom Noor mistakes for a regular goblin. They struggle against its regeneration but defeat it by targeting its core.

Back at the guild, Rein realizes the Goblin Emperor was an artificially manufactured monster from a neighboring kingdom. The episode ends with Noor and Lynne facing a problem: they have no proof of their hunt, as the Goblin Emperor was reduced to ashes.

I Parry Everything episode 5: What to expect

The anime pacing has considerably slowed down, but I Parry Everything episode 5 might adapt Noor to accept Lynne as his apprentice and start their journey together. While I Parry Everything episode 4 had Noor face off against a Goblin Emperor, Noor's first genuine challenge will be in episode 5 against a dragon.
