One of the most exciting moments in any anime or manga fanbase is when a long-standing fan theory comes true, and Jujutsu Kaisen theories may have the most examples of that in recent memory. Despite being a well-written series, which isn't necessarily known for showing its hand before a major reveal, devoted theorists have seemingly nailed Akutami's biggest reveals and twists constantly.
While some find it frustrating to see other fans "ruining the fun," it emphasizes how intelligent and skilled those creating these Jujutsu Kaisen theories are. Likewise, there are a few correct guesses this sect of the fanbase has made, which are on another level in terms of their actually coming true.

Craziest Jujutsu Kaisen theories always seem to come true, including Sukuna's plans for Megumi and more
1) Sukuna's twin
While fans ended up only being half-right on one of the craziest Jujutsu Kaisen theories, the prediction accuracy is nevertheless impressive. The original theory suggested that Yuji was the reincarnation of the twin brother, which would explain the seemingly inherent hatred Sukuna has for Yuji and the latter's natural talent as a vessel for the former.
However, chapter 257 recently revealed that Jin Itadori (Yuji's father) was the host of the reincarnated soul of Sukuna's twin brother. This would make Yuji Sukuna's nephew in a spiritual sense. Although fans weren't wholly right on this one, their being right in concept is a massive victory in and of itself.
2) Yuji mastering Black Flash
The chapter 257 issue saw yet another of many Jujutsu Kaisen theories come true in the form of protagonist Yuji Itadori seemingly mastering Black Flash. While fans had theorized this as far back as the Kyoto Goodwill Event arc, recent weeks and months in the series have built into all but outright confirmation from the series.
The reason why this theory is considered as having come true stems from Yuji hitting eight consecutive Black Flashes in the string of combat chapter 257 focuses on. With the previous record being four, co-held by Yuji and Kento Nanami, it is all but confirmed that this theory has come true.
3) Sukuna's plans for Megumi
During the Shibuya Incident arc, fans first got an inkling of Sukuna's grand plans for Megumi Fushiguro via the former keeping him alive and saying he couldn't die yet. While many wrote this off as Sukuna saying it on a whim, others suggested that a long-term plan related to the Binding Vow Sukuna made with Yuji was being hatched.
Nearly a hundred chapters later, this idea became another of many Jujutsu Kaisen theories proven right when Sukuna used his Binding Vow with Yuji to take over Megumi's body. Since then, it's become clear that Sukuna has been pining for Megumi's powers and skills since the beginning of the series.
4) Tsumiki being an ancient sorcerer
One of many similar Jujutsu Kaisen theories, which also became true, was Megumi's sister Tsumiki hosting an ancient sorcerer. This was first predicted when the Culling Game began, and Tsumiki was listed as a player after seemingly being visited by Kenjaku. Shortly before Sukuna took over Megumi's body, it was confirmed that the ancient sorcerer Yorozu, who was in love with Sukuna, had reincarnated into Tsumiki's body.
5) "Fake" Geto
Of the Jujutsu Kaisen theories on this list, this one is likely the easily most predictable but is nevertheless impressive for coming true. Following the release of Jujutsu Kaisen 0 and the Gojo's Past arc, fans noticed that Suguru Geto didn't always have the trademark forehead scars he was seen with in the mainline series up to that point.
The end of the Shibuya Incident arc confirms what fans had "known" all along, revealing "Geto" as the ancient sorcerer Kenjaku, also known as Noritoshi Kamo. The arc also teased this reveal earlier, with Gojo saying that the Geto before him wasn't the one he knew before being sealed into the Prison Realm.
6) Maki becoming the next Toji
One of the earliest Jujutsu Kaisen theories focused on Maki Zen'in, who was established as having no Cursed Energy but impressive physical attributes. Likewise, fans immediately assumed that she would receive some sort of powerup at some point, which put her on par with Grade 1 and above sorcerers despite her lack of Cursed Energy.
The subsequent introduction of Toji Fushiguro further steeled fans in this belief, with the theory even altering to become that Maki would be the next Toji in the mainline series. Following the Perfect Preparation arc, where Maki fulfilled her Heavenly Restriction via Mai's death, fans saw her truly become Toji 2.0, with the series going out of its way to establish her as his "successor."
7) Yuji having Blood Manipulation
Another of many Jujutsu Kaisen theories set up in the earlier series, Choso calling Yuji his brother was where fans first theorized Yuji could use Blood Manipulation. The Shibuya Incident arc reveals Kenjaku to be previously known as Noritoshi Kamo, and the subsequent reveal in Itadori's Extermination arc that Kenjaku was Yuji's mother supported this theory.
The series' ongoing and allegedly final arc finally confirmed this beyond any doubt, seeing Yuji using the Blood Manipulation Cursed Technique proficiently against Sukuna. No formal explanation has been given on how Yuji awakened the Technique, but it is undoubtedly a result of being related to Kenjaku and Choso.
8) Yuta having Domain Expansion
Yet another of many Jujutsu Kaisen theories that fans always believed to be true, confirmation of Yuta Okkotsu having a Domain Expansion came in the ongoing arc. The theory was previously based on the idea that Yuta was a Special Grade rank, meaning he almost certainly had the potential to unlock Domain Expansion, if not already having had one.
The incredible boost in Cursed Energy he gets via Rika, which undoubtedly gives him the power needed to create a Domain Expansion, further supported this theory. Fans were officially proven right in chapter 249 when he first used his Domain against Sukuna.
9) Megumi killing Gojo
Last but certainly not least, this is one of the few Jujutsu Kaisen theories on this list that fans heavily pushed back on when it was first suggested by theorists. Although there was significant evidence in foreshadowing Akutami had done via artwork and dialogue, it was simply too unbelievable that Megumi would voluntarily kill Gojo.
In the end, however, the theory was proven right, with Megumi's hands killing Gojo under the guidance of Sukuna after he possessed the young boy's body. While Megumi didn't want to kill Gojo, his hands (and even his Cursed Technique) nevertheless led to Gojo's death, resulting in it being one of many Jujutsu Kaisen theories that came true.
In summation
Despite the numerous fan theories that have been proven false throughout the series, there are a few Jujutsu Kaisen theories that are wholly or partially accurate. Thankfully, the ones proven true are often the most exciting, a notion that hopefully holds for the resolution of the series and the plot threads that still need wrapping up.
