This is also presumed to be a prerequisite for his killing an Administrator in the first place. From what fans know, he possessed extremely advanced shinsu mastery to the point of wiping out armies of Rankers with a single burst of his Red Rain attack. It’s said that his level of shinsu mastery was beyond the Administrators to the point of being heretical.

This is further highlighted by the rumor that he could create life out of shinsu, as well as the fact that he controlled the most Baangs in the Tower’s history.
