While Minato is known for his unmatched speed, especially with the Flying Thunder God Technique, Naruto's abilities eventually surpass him.

Minato's incredible speed is mainly due to his teleportation technique. This allows him to instantly appear anywhere, giving him a significant advantage in battle. While his natural movement speed is also impressive, it is his teleportation technique that earns him the title of the fastest shinobi of his generation.

On the other hand, Naruto initially relied on natural agility and the chakra of the Nine-Tails for speed. However, through his interplay in the series, Naruto obtains new powers that significantly enhance his speed.

Specifically, after unlocking the Baryon Mode, his speed becomes extraordinary. This form helps him move at light speed, thereby dodging attacks effortlessly, and can keep up with characters like Isshiki Ōtsutsuki.

In Baryon Mode, Naruto's speed reaches a level far beyond that of the Fourth Hokage’s. Isshiki Ōtsutsuki, who outpaced Naruto in his Six Paths Sage Mode and Sasuke simultaneously, sets a definitive benchmark for Naruto's enhanced speed. Before he entered Baryon Mode, Naruto could barely keep pace with Isshiki, who effortlessly dodged Sasuke’s Chidori and reacted to his space-time ninjutsu, Amenotejikara.

However, with Baryon Mode, Naruto's reflexes and moving speed are so high that he can not only counter the chakra rods wielded by Isshiki but can also blitz him several times.
