Ishura season 2 episode 1 recap
Ishura season 2 episode 1, titled Mele the Horizon's Roar, commenced with a brief focus on the Great Particle Storm, a heavenly phenomenon that enveloped humans and reduced them to dust. The episode then shifted to Mele, a giant in the middle of some spears.
The giant was wary of his surroundings one night because a storm was roaring. As a flood reached Mele, he diverted its flow by targeting a bow at one point in the ground. This saved a nearby village from drowning. Later, it was revealed that Mele would participate in the Royal Games (which would select a single participant as the Hero).
The episode then shifted to a village where people were moving in hoards. One of these people was Kuuro, who was evading people following him. With the help of his homunculus partner, Kuuro killed every one of the followers and then stepped into a back alley, which led him to a cart. Elea was sitting inside this cart to escort Kuuro to the Aureatia Kingdom.
The character was then introduced as Kuuro the Cautious. As they traveled to the Kingdom, they had to cross a marshland and encountered a wurm there. Kuuro, being a cautious man, was ready to engage in battle. However, Soujirou jumped into battle before long and took care of the beast by piercing the wurm's heart.
What to expect from Ishura season 2 episode 2?
Ishura season 2 episode 2, titled Linaris the Obsidian. As hinted by the title of the episode, the next episode will introduce a new character named Linaris. As stated in the preview synopsis, after entering the Aureatia Kingdom, Kuuro immediately travels to Lithia in search of the traitors who betrayed their country.
There, he meets her former ally, Linaris the Obsidian. Moreover, just like the first installment, the next episode might also showcase a flashback. This faslhback will be taking place at the Itaki High Mountains where a young and beautiful female is saved by a local resident.
