He then decided to shoot into the stalls at him, but Jodio used November Rain to block the bullets. Jodio did the same for Bobby Jean’s next move, which was to shoot at and break the toilets to send Jodio to the floor. However, a second attempt at this tactic proved successful.

Bobby Jean then approached Jodio, suspecting him to have the Lava Rock in his pocket since he was reaching for something. Bobby Jean offered to make a deal if Jodio gave him the Lava Rock, but Jodio already had the killing blow in motion. Using the water droplets on the ceiling from the broken toilets, Jodio used November Rain to turn them into lethal bullets. Lulu came in after to mourn Bobby Jean, with Jodio saying she’d be coming with them once she was done.

The focus then shifted to Dragona Joestar, Charmingman, and Usagi Aloha’oe, all of whom were now free from Lulu’s Bags Groove Stand. Paco Lovelantes then awoke in the ICU, revealed to be fine. As he grabbed his clothes from a locker, Jodio and Dragona found him, discovering a strange bag in his locker. The trio were then distracted by the United States Congressman, who took responsibility for the Howler investigation which Jodio and co actually signed off on.

Jodio then began inspecting the bag’s documents. He realized it was for a 38 billion dollar loan Acca Howler had taken out against Howler Co.’s land on Hualalai’s north slope. The Dolphin Bank man was in the next bed over to Paco. Also present in the bag were the man's smartphone and other digital documents. The issue ended with Jodio and co deciding to return to Meryl Mei Qi with the banker and everything else they found in tow.
