"Joy Boy PTSD" - One Piece fanart has readers trolling Imu after final villain is brought to his knees

One Piece chapter 1122 is set to release on Monday, August 5, 2024. It looks like the World Government will have another major hiccup in this chapter. Already in the previous installment, Vegapunk got his message across, which got pirates all over the world excited about the One Piece again.

It seems like Imu is the one who has been hit hardest by this setback. He is, after all, the secret ruler of the world. A fan art piece showing him in a state of distress has attracted a lot of attention from fans who just think it is absolutely hilarious.

An X user named @Toadgashi, known for creating humorous One Piece manga-related cartoons, has created a funny artwork mocking Imu. The secret ruler of the world is shown pleading to stop Joy Boy's Haki. This piece has gained a lot of popularity among fans.

As per the spoilers and raw scans of One Piece chapter 1122, the Straw Hats will be under attack with Warcury attacking Emeth, Nusjuro will be seen chasing the Thousand Sunny, Ju Peter targeting the Giant Warrior Pirates' ship, and Jaygarcia Saturn getting back up on his feet.

As all of this will be unfolding in chapter 1122, Emeth will be reminiscing about his friend Joy Boy and also make an apology to him for not making him king. He will also remark that Luffy closely resembles Joy Boy and thank him for allowing him to hear the Drums of Liberation once again and then promise to not let him die.

Thereafter, Emeth will untie a knot on a rope inside his body, releasing Conqueror's Haki so powerful that it will turn the Elders back into their human forms and ultimately, send them to Mariejois. Only Saturn will be left on Egghead Island, probably because he physically appeared there.

It will be revealed through a flashback that it is Joy Boy’s Haki that had been stored inside Emeth. Joy Boy had predicted that a day would come when the Giant Robot would need help or have someone he would want to save badly.

Meanwhile, in Mariejois' Room of Flowers, Imu will be seen kneeling and screaming, recognizing Joy Boy's Haki.

When spoilers or the official chapter of an extremely popular manga are released, it is to be expected that social media will be flooded with comments and memes. But it is the witty and well-made artwork mocking Imu that has made the commentary on the upcoming issue even more entertaining.

In fact, the insults directed at Imu just keep getting wackier with each tweet.

There are also several references to Shanks, who showed off his Haki towards the end of the Wano arc when he apprehended Ryokugyu from afar. It was the most interesting use of Haki seen in the series till now.

Imu’s reputation has suffered a huge blow in chapter 1122, and now fans wonder whether he is fit to be the final boss. It has been well established that Joy Boy was extremely powerful but we do not know how the current lot of pirates would fare against him. At the moment, the Straw Hats, Vegapunks, Bonney, and the Giants have been struggling against the Elders, so Imu is still a huge threat.
