Jujutsu Kaisen chapter 265 was mostly focused on a conversation between Yuji Itadori and Ryomen Sukuna before what could potentially be their final battle. In that regard, there was a subtle detail that hinted that the King of Curses is not going to change who he is, thus ignoring Yuji's plea, and was foreshadowed by Satoru Gojo's death almost twenty chapters ago.
Chapter 263 of the manga saw Gojo dying and having a conversation in the airport with his deceased friends, mentioning that if he wants to stay the way he is, he should go south, and if he wants to change, then he should head north. Now it turns out that Jujutsu Kaisen chapter 265 had Sukuna rejecting the notion of change while he and Yuji were heading south, thus combining these two moments.

Jujutsu Kaisen chapter 265 made a callback to Satoru Gojo's death and almost no one noticed
Jujutsu Kaisen chapter 265 mostly focused on Yuji Itadori and Ryomen Sukuna walking around the former's memories caused by his Domain Expansion. The two characters were mostly seen chatting and Yuji appealing to the King of Curses' sense of humanity, but the latter failed to understand that, mirroring Satoru Gojo's death in chapter 236.
It was during the events of that chapter that Satoru Gojo was told that if he wanted to stay the way he was, he should go south, otherwise, head north. This is something that is shown by the way that the path Yuji and Sukuna took in chapter 265, which, based on real-life coordinates, leads them south in Japan.
This means that by following the logic of what was established in chapter 236, Sukuna is not going to change. That was quite clear during the events of chapter 265 where he was vocal that he is not going to change and doesn't care about human connections, thus starting his fight with Yuji.
What could happen in the coming chapters
There is a good chance that Jujutsu Kaisen chapter 265 has set up the battle between Ryomen Sukuna and Yuji Itadori and the coming ones are going to develop that. However, it is also likely that there is going to be a lot more development on Yuji's Domain Expansion and how it works, especially considering that it has a peculiar nature when compared to others in the series.
There is also the issue of the battle between Kinji Hakari and Uraume, which has become a running meme in the fandom in recent months. Author Gege Akutami has postponed the battle for so long that it has lost momentum, and is difficult to see how it fits with the current narrative of the story. It is going to be interesting to see how the mangaka manages to compensate for that.
Final thoughts
Jujutsu Kaisen chapter 265 has probably made a callback to Satoru Gojo's death, and also was a massive indicator that Ryomen Sukuna is not going to have a change of heart. It is also likely that he is going to die an ugly death, unlike Gojo who made peace with himself.
