Although there are certain characters like Yuji Itadori, Mahito, Satoru Gojo, and a few others have achieved it, there still exist important figures in the series who have not performed a Black Flash--at least up until now--despite their great skills and importance within the storyline.

Kenjaku is one of the strongest Jujutsu Kaisen characters. He has jujutsu knowledge for over one thousand years and knows many techniques. To create things like the cursed Womb: Death Paintings or control cursed spirits as only Kenjaku can do.

After Master Tengen, Kenjaku is known as the second most powerful barrier user. In terms of strategic intellect and combat ability, Kenjaku's skillset surpasses all others. Even with these extraordinary powers and his vital role in events like the Shibuya Incident and Culling Game, Kenjaku has not yet shown the Black Flash in the story.

2) Yuki Tsukomo

Yuki Tsukumo is among the rare four special grade sorcerers in Jujutsu Kaisen and has unique and incredible abilities. She's known for her superior battle instincts and remarkable skills in jujutsu and hand-to-hand combat.

She expertly uses her innate technique along with barrier techniques to fight. Yuki showed strong power when she easily resisted Uraume's powerful Icefall technique and effortlessly got rid of one of Kenjaku's special grade curses.

In these fights, fans can sense her unbelievable strength, staying power, and tactical sharpness. Even though she gets serious wounds, Yuki remains tough and clever exhibiting that her power is not just in one move but a lot more. But, as of now in the story, she has not done Black Flash yet.

3) Master Tengen

Master Tengen acts as a foundation for the jujutsu world. People with unmatched knowledge of barrier techniques are seen as the top users of barriers, surpassing Kenjaku. Their abilities are essential to the structure of jujutsu society by establishing and upholding four pure barriers that greatly improve cursed spirit suppression.

Tengen's skills align more with strategic and supportive functions, helping in battles by managing barriers and creating complex tactics. Their tactical intelligence was very valuable for Yuki and Choso during their fight against Kenjaku.

They gave crucial backing by taking away barriers and disturbing Kenjaku's area. Tengen's profound comprehension and cleverness make them a significant friend in the battle with curses, even if they don't join directly to fight.

4) Mei Mei

Mei Mei, a grade 1 sorcerer, has very good fighting skills. She was considered strong by Satoru Gojo and her ability was not doubted. Her education helps her to easily conquer a semi-grade 1 curse user and outwit a special grade disease curse. She is skilled in using battle-axe, making her capable of giving quick, accurate, and strong hits.

The fact that she can hurt both non-sorcerers and sorcerers just by using her arms shows how powerful Rika is.

When Yuta Okkotsu clashed with Suguru Geto, Rika had a significant role in the fight. She easily attacked, and her speed helped her overcome strong enemies. The relationship she shared with Yuta allowed her to unleash an unmatched level of cursed energy, increasing the power of her already impressive abilities.

Geto recognizes Rika as the "Queen of Curses, " implying she's the most potent and perilous cursed spirit. Yet, until this instant in the narrative, she has not displayed employing Black Flash.

6) Toji Fushiguro

Although Toji Fushiguro doesn't have natural jujutsu skills, he is famous for being one of the most powerful Jujutsu Kaisen characters. His strength and fighting abilities are stronger than even the mightiest sorcerers. He can defeat top-level enemies effortlessly because of his physical power.

He is skilled in using a wide variety of weapons. He can fight with swords and even handle cursed tools very well. His ability to fight close-up, handling many kinds of arms effortlessly, is unmatched. The Heavenly Restriction enhances Toji's senses, making it easier for him to perceive and counteract curses effectively.

Toji can command intricate missions and conquer formidable Jujutsu Kaisen characters such as Satoru Gojo and Suguru Geto. The mix of Toji's unadulterated bodily strength, swiftness, and tactical grasp render him a perilous power who can manage special grade cursed spirits alone.

7) Suguru Geto

Suguru Geto, considered one of the deadliest Jujutsu Kaisen characters, had great power and strategic understanding in the jujutsu world. He controlled many cursed spirits, which he used for tactical purposes, while also being very good at fighting without any weapons - something his opponents found shocking when they wrongly thought he lacked martial abilities.

Suguru strategic ability was exposed through his plans, such as the plot to corner Yuta Okkotsu in the Night Parade of a Hundred Demons. His capacity for manipulation, demonstrated by collecting an uncountable number of curses throughout several years, displayed the substantial influence and firepower he possesses as an adversary against Jujutsu High.

Suguru's heritage as a master manipulator and strategist solidified his image as one of the most risky dangers in both sorcerer and non-sorcerer communities within the jujutsu world. However, even with these abilities, he did not perform Black Flash.

8) Choso

Choso, a special grade Death Painting Womb, has high power and skill in sorcery compared to other Jujutsu Kaisen characters. He has been alive for 150 years and has mastered Blood Manipulation to such an extent that he exceeds the abilities of even top-tier sorcerers like Noritoshi Kamo.

Choso's ability with blood gives him strength to use many dangerous techniques - but when it came time for the Shibuya Incident, his skills couldn't break through Satoru Gojo's Infinity.

Choso's abilities in combat are not only limited to jujutsu but also include taijutsu. He has shown his skill in fighting equally with skilled Jujutsu Kaisen characters like Yuji Itadori and Naoya Zenin. When he is in battle, we can see his clever mind and tactical planning as he adjusts his methods smartly to outsmart opponents strategically. The story does not reference Choso doing Black Flash even though he has strong powers.

9) Jogo

Jogo, an unregistered special grade cursed spirit born from humanity's fear of volcanoes, possesses immense power and intelligence. His strength could be compared to eight or nine of Sukuna's fingers. He has an enormous amount of cursed energy that goes beyond even high-level sorcerers.

Even though he is not as strong as Satoru Gojo or Sukuna, Jogo shows outstanding toughness, surviving encounters with both of them and enduring many destructive attacks without being defeated. It must be pointed out that Jogo has not yet employed the Black Flash technique in the story.

Hanami, a special-grade cursed spirit, possesses formidable abilities and immense durability. It can handle strong hits because of an extremely hard shell that is almost impossible to break through. In addition to this, Hanami's power and quickness allow it to win in close combat with human sorcerers easily. This shows they have high physical strength, too.

Hanami has special abilities to hide well, moving through plants and even underground to avoid being found out and running away quickly. Although they are clever in tactics and good at fighting, Hanami's encounter with Satoru Gojo did not succeed because of a crucial error when changing between cursed techniques that left their eyes and branches vulnerable.
