Jujutsu Kaisen epilogue (Jujutsu Kaisen chapter 271.5) will be released alongside the series' final volume (Volume 30), which is set to be released on December 25, 2024 (in Japan). Jujutsu Kaisen chapter 271.5 is set to feature the after-story of four of the fan-favorite characters (Nobara, Panda, Ozawa, and Uraume) and has already been revealed.
Ozawa encountered Yuji in Sendai City and relived a nostalgic moment. Panda was no longer a sorcerer and was reduced to a doll in the Gojo clan's main house, where Yuta's grandchildren played with him. Nobara met her family (mother and grandmother) and Uraume's epilogue was his origins on how he met the King of Curses and became his subordinate.

Explaining the Jujutsu Kaisen epilogue (Jujutsu Kaisen chapter 271.5): How Akutami tied loose ends
Yuko Ozawa: Epilogue
Jujutsu Kaisen epilogue commenced with the after story of Yuko Ozawa, Itadori Yuji's childhood friend. Her epilogue begins with a flashback of her standing in the snow with Itadori Yuji during their Junior High Days as the protagonist expressed his love for snow. Jujutsu Kaisen chapter 271.5 saw Ozawa return to Sendai City, her hometown, where she expressed sorrow after witnessing unknown faces.
Out of nowhere, Itadori popped before her and surprised Ozawa. Upon asking, Itadori revealed that he returned to his hometown to take care of his grandfather's house. Ozawa was also here to help her grandmother clean as the latter was moving to an old house. Ozawa also asked Yuji about his life in Tokyo, still misunderstanding her relationship with Nobara.
Itadori then brought up the topic of how he survived Shibuya (referring to the Shibuya Incident), which had Ozawa worried about his facial scars. Ozawa then revealed that she was staying in Machida, a city in Japan, to which Yuji claimed to know that she was fine. He was updated about Ozawa's health from Nobara (hinting that these two exchanged numbers after their first encounter).
Looking at the snow piling, Jujutsu Kaisen epilogue saw Ozawa asking Yuji whether he still loved the snow, to which the protagonist complied. Ozawa then thought of her feelings for the protagonist in her mind as her epilogue ended with comments from Nobara and Fushigoro claiming 'Itadori was about to become an adult.'
Panda: Epilogue
The epilogue of Panda, the cursed corpse created by Yaga Masamichi, began with sitting on a shelf. He was picked up by two little children (a girl and a boy) as the girl threw it into the air after learning that it was a cursed corpse. Panda then revealed that these two children were Yuta's grandchildren.
Jujutsu Kaisen epilogue then shifted to the narrator who revealed that Panda lost independent control over his body in November 2018 (the same year when Jujutsu Tech defeated Ryomen Sukuna) and stopped moving in October 2035.
Panda was then registered to the Gojo clan's storage and was now owned by Okkotsu Yuta, the Gojo clan's head representative. The epilogue ended with stating that the current timeline (where the grandkids were playing with Panda) was in 2080 and even after so many years, Panda sometimes moved.
Kugisaki Nobara: Epilogue
Nobara's epilogue in Jujutsu Kaisen epilogue commenced with the female sorcerer facing her mother (who looked like a gyaru). Her mother expressed shock over witnessing her daughter after such a long time but Nobara claimed that she only visited her to honor a dead person's wish (presumably Gojo Satoru's).
Her mother expressed her sorrow over how Nobara's grandmother always looked at her and as the mother never had a talent for sorcery, she was ignored due to which she couldn't pursue her dream of becoming a sorcerer. The female sorcerer kept mocking her mother for never listening to Nobara's grandparents, which was why the mother ended up where she was.
Jujutsu Kaisen epilogue saw Nobara's mother showing no remorse over abandoning her daughter and claiming she was living a happy life. Nobara answered by saying that she also never cared about anything, regarding her mother, and only visited her to honor the dead and witness something 'fun.' Nobara then waved to her grandmother standing behind the mother (presumably a cursed spirit).
Uraume: Epilogue
Uraume's epilogue showcased their origins. A young Uraume was sitting in the middle of the ice when Ryomen Sukuna approached them. Sukuna asked the young sorcerer about their current condition, to which Uraume replied that it has always been like this as their parents died due to Uraume's freezing powers. Ryomen Sukuna then asked Uraume to accompany him.
After reaching the middle of a forest, the King of Curses claimed to have broken his ice house (like a refrigerator but in its ancient form). So, he wanted Uraume to use his powers to preserve the meat of an animal the King of Curse had just caught. Uraume was shy and couldn't move, but Sukuna gave them the option to eat the meat if they were hungry.
Uraume then cooled the meat using his sorcery and then dried it to make a piece of dried meat (presumably meat jerky). Sukuna was surprised by this technique and asked Uraume where he learned it. Uraume replied that they were just bored with life so they kept experimenting with things.
Jujutsu Kaisen epilogue then saw Sukuna asking Uraume whether he could kill humans, claiming that human meat was a delicacy. Jujutsu Kaisen chapter 271.5 ended with them asking Sukuna why he wasn't cold around the young sorcerer. Sukuna returned the question to him by asking why Uraume wasn't cold around him (given how Sukuna was the strongest sorcerer).
