Jujutsu Kaisen chapter 270 saw Megumi prep Tsumiki's grave alongside Shoko Ieiri. Right after, Megumi was seemingly called in for a mission. We then see Gakukanji with Utahime and Akari discussing the condition of Tengen's barrier and how to handle it after their passing. Gakukanji oddly reassures them to not rush since they are still young, showcasing a change in his character following the incidents at Shibuya.

Maki was seen with Hagane and Rokujushi, handing over the Split Soul Katana to the former. She explains that since the Culling Game was already over, they needed to take away the cursed weapons from the remaining sorcerers to avoid any further conflict. Hagane told Maki to look for him after she was done so they could have their fight. The manga then revealed Takaba and someone with Kenjaku's hairstyle in a restaurant.

As for Hana Kurusu, she had an embarrassing conversation with Megumi. It was then revealed that Megumi had been called on a mission alongside Yuji and Nobara to take down a curse. A woman had begun to visualize her fiance's face as something supernatural. However, they found nothing wrong with the man upon inspection. While they assumed that the curse was weak, the situation could be entirely different based on what the upcoming manga chapter reveals.

Many fans are still hoping for fan-favorite character Satoru Gojo to make his return in Jujutsu Kaisen final chapter. While such a development is near impossible now, given Gege Akutami's writing, one cannot rule that out.
