Jujutsu Kaisen chapter 270 has already started to get leaked and was mostly focused on showing the aftermath of most of the remaining sorcerers. However, Takaba's scene showed that Kenjaku could still be alive. This is shown when the comedian talks about his plan for upcoming shows and the type of comedy he wants to do with a guy whose hairstyle is very similar to Kenjaku's, although a speech balloon covers his face.

It's no secret that most Jujutsu Kaisen fans are disappointed by how Kenjaku was handled and how he was taken out of the story, so the possibility of him returning not only excites the fandom but almost certainly guarantees a sequel. Moreover, some fans online wished for this character to be Suguru Geto back from the dead. However, that would make very little sense, especially considering he has no connection to Takaba.

Jujutsu Kaisen chapter 270 has introduced a character who looks a lot like Kenjaku

The bulk of chapter 270 of the manga was centered around the aftermath of the Shinjuku Showdown arc and what the remaining sorcerers were doing in their daily lives now. While this chapter also confirmed that Takaba is still alive and doing comedy projects as usual, he was shown having a conversation with a man who has a hairstyle that is quite similar to Kenjaku's. However, a speech balloon covered his face.

This, naturally, has led the fandom into a frenzy of speculation because there have been several hints that the series will get a sequel, and Kenjaku's coming back could be the most notorious evidence. Moreover, it was shown that he built a good connection with Takaba during their fight, although author Gege Akutami would have to explain why he is living so casually after the final battle.

There is also the fact that Kenjaku's body was severed, and Rika ate his brain so Yuta Okkotsu could use his Cursed Technique, thus making this theory of him brought back to life a lot more complicated. Some have even theorized that it is Suguru Geto, which makes even less sense considering that he has no connection to Takaba in the story.

Reactions online

Kenjaku coming back to life, as mentioned earlier, would be the biggest evidence that Jujutsu Kaisen is getting a sequel, which is something that fans have theorized for a few chapters now. Moreover, this excitement after seeing his look-alike in chapter 270 is a sign that the fandom general never truly embraced the way he was taken out in the story, which some felt wasn't fitting for his characterization.

However, this begs the question of how Kenjaku survived and what his plans were now that the merger had failed. The fact that he could be walking so freely with Takaba is another element that Akutami would have to explain since the former was willing to distract the latter so Yuta could kill him, making this sudden friendship feel unnatural.

"interesting but if somehow kenjaku turned into a good guy I'm going to throw myself from the roof," a fans said.
"And me sitting here thinking jjk ending couldn’t get anymore worse. It did though," another fan said.
"It's a great day for Geto/Kenny fans," a fan said.

There is also the chance that Takaba might have a new act where his sidekick dresses like Kenjaku as a tribute to inspiring him once again. However, that is mere fan speculation at the moment.
