Jujutsu Kaisen chapter 258 is set to be released on April 29, 2024. The spoilers for this chapter continued the fight between Itadori and Sukuna, as the latter had no choice but to activate his domain expansion due to the damage done by the former.
Itadori also displayed a new cursed technique during this chapter, revealing how he 'cheated' during training and gained new techniques by swapping his soul with Kusakabe and engulfing Death Painting Wombs. More importantly, he could learn all this rapidly because his body was used to strong cursed techniques, as Sukuna used him as a vessel.
This made his body immune to cursed techniques, thus helping him unlock new potential. Megumi became the next vessel of Sukuna during the Culling Game arc, and the latter used every technique to penetrate the former's body. This could make him unlock new potential, just like Itadori, more specifically, a complete domain expansion.

Why Sukuna could become the reason for Megumi perfecting his domain expansion in Jujutsu Kaisen?
According to the spoilers of chapter 258, the chapter started with the revelation of how Gojo could restart his RCT (reverse-cursed technique) during his battle with Sukuna. It was due to him being in an awakened state. The chapter later showcased a flashback to the time Yuji trained under his seniors after Sukuna was removed from his body.
Choso wanted his brother to learn RCT and asked his seniors for advice. He later recommended that Yuji consume the other death paintings to gain a part of this technique, and Kusakabe swapped bodies with the protagonist to make his body used to RCT.
The chapter then returns to the final fight, in which Sukuna has to use his domain expansion, Malevolent Shrine, but it is incomplete. Itadori tried countering it using Simple Domain, which Kusakabe taught him alongside RCT.
Unfortunately, his Simple Domain wasn't strong enough, and Sukuna managed to amputate one of his arms. Sukuna's domain later wore off, but to the cursed sorcerer's despair, he activated his flame-cursed technique, Fuga. Yuji could withstand Sukuna's assault and learned new techniques because he was the King of Curses' vessel.
Advanced techniques like the RCT became a muscle memory for him (as Sukuna used these inside Yuji's body, like during the fight with the Finger holder special grade cursed spirit). So, the same concept could apply to Fushigoro Megumi, the current vessel of Ryomen Sukuna.
Fushigoro Megumi was Yuji's teammate and a fellow student at Jujutsu High. In Jujutsu Kaisen chapter 212, as the sorcerers rushed after Tsukimi, whose body was now controlled by Yorozu, Sukuna acted sneakily and used his Binding Vow with Itadori to take over his body. He split his soul from Yuji with a single finger and fed it to Megumi, thus making him his new vessel.
Megumi had been a skilled sorcerer from the start, with his signature cursed technique, the Ten Shadow Technique, his forte in battle. However, one flaw in Megumi's arsenal of techniques was his domain expansion.
Megumi's domain expansion 'Chimera Shadow Garden' involved the cursed sorcerer expanding his domain and trapping the opponent inside a barrier. The domain consisted of mud and shikigami, summoned from Megumi's cursed technique. Unfortunately, Megumi's domain expansion couldn't be considered complete because he couldn't form a barrier for his domain.
Unlike Sukuna's domain expansion, which doesn't need a barrier, Megumi needs this barrier for his opponent to get hit with his domain's sure-hit technique. Against Reggie Star during the Culling Games arc, he was able to lure Reggie into a secluded area because he knew he couldn't trap him inside his domain as there was no barrier. Moreover, he did the same against the finger-bearer cursed spirit.
Right now, Sukuna has also spent considerable time inside Fushigoro Megumi, just like Yuji. If Megumi could be separated from Sukuna, Yuji's aim, he could perfectly activate his domain expansion. Using such an advanced technique could have become his muscle memory, just like it did for Itadori.
