Jujutsu Kaisen established a category for the strongest sorcerers, known as Special Grade, and there are four confirmed cases throughout the story, Yuta Okkotsu, Satoru Gojo, Suguru Geto, and Yuki Tsukumo. They are not only some of the strongest sorcerers in the story having some truly unique abilities but their methods of learning and adapting highlight how naturally gifted they are.
Some notorious examples are Gojo and Yuta because of the way they learn techniques and how much they get out of them throughout Jujutsu Kaisen, but there is more to that. The cases of Geto and Yuki are also quite interesting since they are quite strong but also perhaps represent a somewhat more "normal" Special Grade since they don't have a special heritage like the other two cases.

Explaining how the Special Grade sorcerers learn throughout Jujutsu Kaisen
Satoru Gojo is one of the most naturally gifted sorcerers in the entirety of the series and his learning process highlights his natural genius. He had a quick understanding of most Jujutsu basics by the time he was a teenager, and only struggled with the Reverse Cursed Technique.
But once he got the hang of it when fighting Toji Fushiguro, he got the best out of it as he did with other abilities, as evidenced during his hardest battle against Ryomen Sukuna.
When it comes to Yuta Okkotsu, he follows a similar path and that is a direct result of his natural talent and heritage. Yuta was already categorized as a Special Grade sorcerer when he got into Jujutsu High and managed to surpass most people with just basic education in a couple of months, thus highlighting that he is a good learner and sorcery is quick and easy for him.
It is also worth pointing out that Gojo and Okkotsu descend from a powerful sorcerer named Michizane Sugawara, and that also plays a part in their natural talents. That is also telling by the fact that they are among the handful of characters who were capable of using every single sorcery ability in the series, alongside Ryomen Sukuna and Yuji Itadori.
The cases of Geto and Yuki
The cases of Suguru Geto and Yuki Tsukumo might be more logical displays of the natural talent of a Special Grade sorcerer in Jujutsu Kaisen since they don't hail from special clans like Gojo and don't have a unique heritage like Yuta.
That is why they are shown as clearly powerful individuals, but don't rank overly high among the strongest, especially compared to Yuta, Gojo, Sukuna, and even Yuji's version at the end of the story.
For example, Suguru Geto is not shown to have Simple Domain, Domain Expansion, and the Reverse Cursed Technique, although this is mostly due to author Gege Akutami not developing these concepts when he was alive. However, he did show a degree of mastery of his Cursed Technique, with Kenjaku showing the full potential of said ability.
On the other hand, Jujutsu Kaisen didn't give a lot of focus to Yuki Tsukumo but she was shown in her battle against Kenjaku as a well-rounded sorcerer. Her Star Rage Cursed Technique is powerful and was confirmed to have a Domain Expansion that was never shown, plus has a solid understanding of Cursed Energy, as evidenced by her conversations with Kenjaku about said topic.
Final thoughts
The four Special Grade sorcerers in Jujutsu Kaisen have shown they are quite unique as far as that category goes. Moreover, they all have a degree of understanding of Cursed Energy and a mastery of sorcery that is connected to the way they learn with ease.
