MAPPA has finally released the preview synopsis and images for Jujutsu Kaisen season 2 episode 14. The episode, titled Fluctuations, is set to release on Thursday, October 26, 2023. The anime will first be broadcast on NBS/TBS at 11:56 pm JST, after which, it will be made available to watch on different streaming platforms.
The previous episode saw Inumaki taking down transfigured humans, allowing Yuji to head down to the Shibuya Station. As soon as Itadori entered the station, he was attacked by Choso who wanted to avenge his Death Painting brothers. While Itadori was able to even the playing field with some help from Mechamaru, he was defeated by the half-curse. Just when Choso was about to kill Itadori, his mind got flooded with false memories of Itadori.

Jujutsu Kaisen season 2 episode 14 preview hints at Mei Mei's fight with Smallpox Deity
Jujutsu Kaisen season 2 episode 12 saw Mei Mei being set up for a fight against Special Grade Disease Curse: Smallpox Deity. The fight opened with the Curse entrapping Mei Mei and Ui Ui inside a Domain Expansion. This was followed by Mei Mei getting trapped in a coffin and under a boulder. While the sorcerer managed to get out instantly, she was yet to understand her opponent's cursed technique.
Hence, the upcoming episode may see Mei Mei fight the Smallpox Deity and understand how his Cursed Technique works. If she were to realize it, she might defeat the curse instantly. Considering that she has Ui Ui to help her, she has a high chance of winning the battle quickly.
Mei Mei and Ui Ui may confront Pseudo-Geto
When Pseudo-Geto and Mei Mei last met in the anime, Pseudo-Geto told her that he would fight her after she managed to defeat the Smallpox Deity. Considering that the anime episode preview images featured Pseudo-Geto, it is to be assumed that Mei Mei and Ui Ui will manage to defeat the Smallpox Deity and head further inside Shibuya. This should help them confront Pseudo-Geto.
Given that Pseudo-Geto had decided to wait for the Prison Realm to process Satoru Gojo, it is odd that he is inside the subway. Hence, the Jujutsu Kaisen season 2 episode 14 may reveal his goals and intentions in fighting Mei Mei.
Nanami may join Maki and Naobito
Jujutsu Kaisen season 2 episode 12 saw Nanami Kento leave Nobara and Nitta to go meet up with Maki and Naobito. Hence, the upcoming episode may likely see him join the two Zenins and tag alongside them to go further inside the Shibuya Station.
There, they are set to encounter a curse that will look like an octopus. As not much has been revealed about the curse, the episode may see the trio try and figure out the same. The episode may also likely allow fans to get a good look at Naobito's Cursed Technique and fighting style.
