According to Kagurabachi chapter 45 spoilers, the chapter is titled What Comes Next.

The alleged Kagurabachi chapter 45 spoilers begin with the Hishaku's leader conversing with a mysterious man. The former feels everything is going according to plan, with the Shinuchi having nowhere to go but Kamunabi. The other person agrees with the Hishaku's leader and awaits the leader's next plan.

Meanwhile, Chihiro and Hakuri regain consciousness at the same time. Kagurabachi chapter 45 spoilers reveal the Enten user and the young Sazanami dozed off soon after the Rakuzaichi incident. Shiba wonders whether they are twins. After waking up, Chihiro observes that Shiba and Hiyuki are playing a video game.

Hiyuki says they have been waiting for a long time for Chihiro and Hakuri to wake up. She adds that Shiba is incredibly strong at games. They played video games all night, and Shiba ended up winning every match. Chihiro thinks to himself that Shiba may have not told them about him being an ex-Kamunabi.

Following that, in Kagurabachi chapter 45 spoilers, Chihiro asks them about the whereabouts of the imprisoned people they saved. Shiba assures the boy that they have all returned to their homes. Char also relays a message of gratitude from Yuu Inazuma to Chihiro and Hakuri. Meanwhile, Hiyuki is satisfied that everyone is safe.

She thinks that although it's the job of Kamunabi to ensure the security and the safety of people, they couldn't do their job for not having the guts to weed out the evil. The Flame-Bone user feels it wouldn't have been possible without Hakuri and Chihiro, who didn't allow a single thing to slip through their fingers.

Likewise, Shiba is glad that everyone is okay. Following that, in Kagurabachi chapter 45 spoilers, Chihiro asks Hiyuki and others about the Enten. The Flame-Bone user informs him that she has sent the Shinuchi and Enten to the Kamunabi Headquarters. Now, she has to take Chihiro to the higher-ups.

Meanwhile, Shiba asks Chihiro whether he's fine with the Kamunabi sealing Shinuchi, considering he met the Hishaku's boss and knows about his plans. Chihiro takes a pause and says that he has thought things through.

Shiba thinks it's understandable to feel impatient, which is why he wants them to carefully consider the next action. According to Kagurabachi chapter 45 spoilers, for the past three years, Hishaku has been preparing their moves. As such, it's part of their plan to let Kamunabi have the Shinuchi blade.

According to Kagurabachi chapter 45 spoilers, Shiba feels the Hishaku's next goal will be to retrieve the blade from the Kamunabi. Therefore, he wonders if there aren't any other ways to prepare against that, without joining the Kamunabi. However, Hiyuki interjects and says that it's already decided that Chihiro will be taken to the Kamunabi.

Meanwhile, Tafuku feels it's up to the higher-ups to decide whether they will "seal" the Shinuchi blade or "use" it. Chihiro asks why Kamunabi would use the blade. The original users are under the organization's care, while the blades are with the bandits.

As such, Tafuku thinks the statement situation with the Hishaku could be shifted with Kamunabi's advantage over using the Shinuchi Enchanted Blade. However, Chihiro recalls his father mentioning to him that no one should be allowed to use the Shinuchi.

He wonders if he can show a solution to breaking the "statement" situation, so the Kamunabi won't have to use the Shinuchi. While Chihiro agrees with Shiba's statement that he's feeling impatient, he knows that his actions aren't reckless since he has Hakuri by his side.

Kagurabachi chapter 45 spoilers then show Chihiro declaring that he will steal the remaining Enchanted Blades from Hishaku. His trump card is Hakuri, who can freely transfer "registered items." For instance, if Chihiro is registered, Enten can also be transferred since the blade has Chihiro's Spirit Energy.

The criteria is met with the Lifelong Contract the holders have with the Enchanted Blades. According to Kagurabachi chapter 45 spoilers, Chihiro plans to contact the previous Enchanted Blade users at the Kamunabi and have Hakuri register them. As such, he can transfer the Enchanted Blades from Hishaku.

Tafuku tells Chihiro that other than the Sword Saint (Shinuchi's previous owner), other holders are hidden in Kamunabi-owned lands around Japan under heavy security. The main forces mostly guard them because if they are killed, Hishaku would be able to use the Enchanted Blades.

Moreover, Chihiro would require the permission of the higher-ups to enter and leave the places, which are called the "Sanzou" or Fortresses. Considering most of the security is stationed there, Kamunabi's has only a few available forces right now.

Hakuri thinks if they can recover the blades, those strong forces would be able to move around more and ensure everyone's safety. He complies with Chihiro's plan and urges him to meet the previous owners. However, Hiyuki thinks the plan to steal the blades from Hishaku won't be easy.

The Kamunabi will question his humanity. From a higher-ups' point of view, they may not take the risk of letting them meet the holders. Rather, Kamunabi may give them a sound execution instead.

As such, Hiyuki thinks it's best to show the higher-ups their resolve. Kagurabachi chapter 45 spoilers end with Chihiro Rokuhira confidently announcing his presence in front of the Kamunabi higher-ups at their headquarters.
