Kagurabachi chapter 51 will be released on Monday, September 30, at 12 am JST in Weekly Shonen Jump's 44th issue, as per Shueisha's MANGA Plus website. However, due to the varying time zones, most fans can read the September 29, 2024 chapter.

In the previous chapter, the Masumi safely escorted Hakuri and Uruha to the Senkutsuji Temple. The duo met Samui, one of the Enchanted Blade contract bearers, who knew Chihiro Rokuhira. The blind swordsman didn't hesitate to wield his blade when Hishaku's hired assassins infiltrated the temple.

The chapter begins with a flashback, where Chihiro explains the Enchanted Blades' importance in the Seitei war to Hakuri. He feels if those blades get into evil forces' hands, the nation will plunge into chaos again. At the same time, Chihiro recalls his father saying that the Enchanted Blade users were the real war heroes, so he vows not to let any of them die.

Meanwhile, two sorcerers (addressed as Masumi) from the Senkutsuji Temple teleport to Hakuri and Uruha's location using a drawn Mandala. The Masumi escort them to the temple, where Samura, one of the Enchanted Blade contract bearers, awaits their arrival.

He sniffs Hakuri, who has Chihiro's scent and greets Uruha, whom he has seen after a long time. The chapter reveals that Samura and Chihiro know about each other. A flashback discloses how one day, while walking through the marketplace with Shiba, Chihiro met Samura.

During their interaction, Chihiro realized Samura's blindness made his other senses almost superhuman. The blind swordsman was glad to know that Kunishige Rokuhira wasn't alone. The chapter also reveals that Kunishige used to tell Chihiro stories of Samura and the other Enchanted Blade users.

Meanwhile, a monk's signal at the temple informs Samura about the intruders. One of the Masumi takes Hakuri inside for treatment, while the blind swordsman urges Uruha to take some rest.

The chapter then switches to Chihiro's location, where Hirohiko wonders whether the Enten-user made the correct call to split up with the contract holder. Back at the Senkutsuji Temple, Hakuri wants to battle the enemies and keep his word to Chihiro.

However, Uruha advises the young sorcerer to focus on recovery first as he believes the Senkutsuji's security is greater than the Kokugoku, all because of Samura. Yoji Uruha knows why Chihiro lets them go because he understands Samura's reputation as a swordsman.

Uruha then tells Samura that Chihiro will arrive at the temple with information on Hishaku. On the other hand, the Masumi reveals that it will take 30 minutes before Hakuri regains his powers. The chapter ends with Samura preparing to battle the enemies til then.

Given how the chapter ended, Kagurabachi chapter 51 will likely show Samura in action. The chapter will showcase why Uruha feels inferior to the blind swordsman in terms of strength.

Besides that, Kagurabachi chapter 51 could also shift the focus to Chihiro's battle against Hirohiko and the Datenseki users. The Enten-user would like to go all out against the Hishaku sorcerer and move to the Senkutsuji temple to reunite with others.
