Naruto's Jinchuriki is part of the genesis of the series since the main character's journey with him holding the Nine-Tails, Kurama. He goes on to become a major plot point regarding the main antagonistic force of the original manga, Akatsuki. In that regard, the recent chapters of the Boruto Two Blue Vortex manga were instrumental in putting the Jinchuriki back at the forefront of the story with Himawari Uzumaki being connected to this new version of Kurama.
Therefore, it makes sense that several Naruto and Boruto fans have come to the conclusion that all of this sets up a potential return of the last remaining original Jinchuriki in the series, Killer B from the Hidden Cloud Village. Killer B is a fan favorite and was instrumental in the first protagonist's development with Kurama, so it would make a lot of sense for him to come back for a number of reasons.

Explaining why and how Killer B could make a comeback since he is the last original Jinchuriki from Naruto
The Boruto Two Blue Vortex manga has not confirmed how long Himawari has been connected to Kurama but it is fair to say that it hasn't been a lot of time, which is why she will need help to develop as a Jinchuriki. In that regard, it would make a lot of sense for Killer B to step in and make a comeback into the story because no one has a better understanding of how to master Tailed Beasts and get the most out of them than him at the moment.
Furthermore, Killer B also has a strong friendship with Himawari's father, so it would be easy for him to help the young Uzumaki, especially considering how dangerous Kurama's power can be if unchecked.
It is also worth pointing out that the threat of the Shinju clones is something that goes beyond the Hidden Leaf Village and could potentially get other villages involved, which is why it would make sense for the latter to try to help.
There is also the possibility that the Shinju clones could go to where Killer B is since they are made from the chakra of the Ten-Tails and would be interested in reaching where other Tailed Beasts are.
Killer B is still the Jinchuriki of the Eight-Tails, although it is fair to say that this theory is less likely since it doesn't seem very plausible that the clones are going to head to other villages at the moment.
Why should Killer B return
Killer B is an interesting character in the world of Naruto because, despite having an undeniably minor role, he was instrumental in some major plot points. He was the second Jinchuriki to be fully introduced after the protagonist while also being the first one to master the power of his Tailed Beast. He also taught the latter how to bond with Kurama, which had major ramifications in the franchise moving forward.
B also has the distinction of being one of the few characters from other villages to stand out in Naruto and his charisma made him very endearing to the fandom. All of that, coupled with the fact that he has a track record teaching Jinchuriki of the Nine-Tails, gives him a great chance for a comeback without feeling forced or trying to appeal to fanservice.
Final thoughts
It would make a lot of sense for Killer B to return to the series and help Himawari master the powers of Kurama since he already did that with Naruto. Furthermore, it would feel like an organic return to the story and it would be a logical move to give Himawari more character development.
