Latest Boruto theory suggests a shocking connection between Himawari and Shibai Otsutsuki

The Boruto fanbase has been quite active on social media platforms and they have come up with unique fan theories that could connect seemingly unrelated dots. One of the most popular topics of discussion is Himawari Uzumaki, all thanks to her recent power-ups in the latest manga chapters of the Two Blue Vortex series.

Himawari was sidelined quite early in the series and she didn’t particularly receive any screen time to showcase her skills. Part of the reason for the lack of screen time was her age. However, the stage is set for her to shine.

The manga recently revealed that she is the new Nine-Tailed Beast Jinchuriki. However, the fanbase has reasons to believe that her powers don’t just end there. A fan theory explores the possibility of a connection between Himawari and an entity, and if it were to be true, she would become one of the strongest characters in the anime and manga series.

Himawari Uzumaki, at the time of writing, is a mere shinobi who recently became the Nine-Tailed Beast Jinchuriki in the series. Not only is she a Jinchuriki, but she also has the highest compatibility compared to the previous vessels. This means that she already has the potential to surpass the likes of her father, Naruto Uzumaki, who is one of the most powerful shinobis in the entire world.

However, the newer generation has gotten considerably stronger, and this could be a hint of what’s to come.

Fans also took this Masashi Kishimoto potentially hinting at Himawari’s divinity. Fans have reason to believe that she is connected to Shibai Otsutsuki. He is the Otsutsuki God who transcended the physical form and became one of, if not the most powerful entity in the entire universe. There’s not much that we know about him, except for the fact that he has plenty of Jogan.

This begs the question - how is Himawari connected to Shibai Otsutsuki? The answer lies in the meaning of Himawari’s name, and the concept of the Fibonacci sequence.

Himawari’s name translates to Sunflower. While this might not seem related at first glance, the dimensions and the design of the flower is closely related to Shibai Otsutsuki. The divine entity has various Jogans lined up in a unique geometrical pattern. Upon closer inspection, one can notice that it follows the Golden Ratio, which is a visual representation of the Fibonacci Sequence. Any number on the sequence is the sum of the previous two entries.

The Sunflower’s center has seeds arranged in a very specific pattern and the same pattern can be seen in the panel that shows Shibai’s Jogan. Furthermore, this concept is also referred to as the Divine Sequence, which can be seen present in the Sunflower.

This could be the creator’s way of hinting at the fact that Himawari could in some way, be related to the Otsutsuki God. There is a possibility that Himawari might be able to access Shinjutsu techniques, which would go on to prove this theory.

Another interesting observation is that Daemon feared Himawari, despite not being strong at a young age. Perhaps he sensed the presence of chakra that belonged to a superior being within her. Until then we urge the fanbase to patiently wait for the remaining chapters of Boruto: Two Blue Vortex to get some clarity on this matter.
