Latest viral Jujutsu Kaisen cosplay is "just a picture of actual Nanami" according to fans

Jujutsu Kaisen is known for having a very passionate community, and this was recently shown on Reddit when a fan named @Wetnoedles showed people his cosplay of Nanami Kento. The reception was extremely positive, with some fans even mentioning that it was "just a picture of actual Nanami."

There is no denying that Nanami Kento is one of the most popular Jujutsu Kaisen characters and has been exemplified for years by his relationship with the protagonist, Yuji Itadori, and his relatable thoughts regarding human experience. Therefore, when there are people who do justice to the character when it comes to cosplay, that is something that pleases the community.

A Nanami Kento cosplay amazes the Jujutsu Kaisen community

As mentioned earlier, this series has a very passionate community, with the recent Nanami Kento cosplay being a prime example of the dedication that this fandom can provide. The person in question received many compliments from the community on that platform, highlighting how much of a great job he did bringing this character to life.

Nanami's character didn't last very long in the series but had a very special role to play in the story, especially regarding his connection with Yuji Itadori. He was a mentor figure to him when the youngster suffered his first tragedy as a Jujutsu sorcerer with Junpei Yoshino and always tried to protect him, with the protagonist carrying on his spirit throughout the series.

He also continued to support younger sorcerers during the Shibuya Incident arc, supporting Nobara Kugisaki when she was being outmatched. While Nanami was massively damaged by Dagon and Jogo and, ultimately, killed by Mahito, his demise has been one of the most well-received in the fandom because of the execution.

Another reason Nanami is so popular among the Jujutsu Kaisen community is that he was allowed to have a complete journey in the story, which not a lot of characters had. He wasn't underdeveloped and already fulfilled his role when he was killed with Mahito, which is something that didn't happen regularly in the story and hurt it in the long run.

Moreover, he also served as a prime example of the treatment that Jujutsu sorcerers got and how they constantly had to deal with many tragedies, which is why he retired from that world for a while. His dedication and commitment to protecting people made him return, though, developing fans' appreciation for him even more.

Despite not having a lot of time in the series, Nanami will continue to be one of the most beloved Jujutsu Kaisen characters, and this cosplay is a very good example of that.
