Demon Slayer's Hashira Training arc recently ended with Muzan transporting the entire Slayer Corps into the Infinity Castle. While the episode predominantly focused on Gyomei and the other Hashira, Zenitsu's new demeanor emerged as its highlight.

This episode single-handedly elevated Zenitsu's reputation among fans, showcasing his prepared and cold demeanor in stark contrast to his usual self. His unexpected transformation has sparked widespread admiration, marking a significant shift in his character development as the series approaches its conclusion.

Demon Slayer Hashira Training arc reached its finale, with Muzan Kibutsuji infiltrating the Ubuyashiki mansion to Kagaya Ubuyashiki. Although Muzan mocked Ubuyashiki's pitiful and sickly state, Ubuyashiki remained calm and revealed their shared bloodline along with the curse on his family due to Muzan’s existence.

Despite Muzan's indifference, Ubuyashiki asserts that the Demon Slayer Corps' determination has persisted for over 1,000 years. As Muzan prepares to strike, Ubuyashiki, his wife, and two of his children explode, attempting to pin down Muzan.

The Hashira and Tanjiro arrive at the scene to capitalize on Muzan’s state. Gyomei obliterates Muzan’s head, but they soon discover his ability to regenerate. Suddenly, Nakime, the Upper Moon 4, uses her abilities to transfer all members of the Corps into the Infinity Castle, setting the stage for the final arc of the series. The episode concludes with Tanjiro confronting Muzan, vowing to kill him and prevent his escape, and Muzan accepts this challenge.

The season finale ended with the entire Slayer Corps falling into the Infinity Castle. Although this falling sequence showed every character equally, it managed to enhance Zenitsu's reputation among fans to an entirely new level. Many fans mentioned how Zenitsu's entire persona had changed due to his focus on eliminating Kaigaku.

Another fan noted that Zenitsu is experiencing a sudden surge of character depth and development at the very end of the series. Despite Zenitsu's reputation throughout the series molding him into one of the most disliked characters, the final arc is actively revealing his cold and serious side.

"Why zenitsu got the coldest entrance 😭😭😭," one fan said.

Another fan mentioned that the final arc will be the peak of Zenitsu's character and will fully display the fruits of his hard work and determination. Since Zenitsu has been a gag character for most of the series, this new side of him will be a complete surprise.

Some fans also mentioned that the ending of the Hashira Training arc managed to converge all the attention on Zenitsu for the first time since season 1. Zenitsu's new demeanor is in complete contrast to the usual trope he has embodied since the first season.

"All eyes are on ZENITSU and rightfully so , the bouy been coded since day one , finally tapping in 😭😭,"one fan wrote.

Another fan mentioned that the death of Zenitsu's master completely changed him. The anime has adapted the manga very accurately so far, but many fans are hoping that the Zenitsu vs. Kaigaku fight will be extended with anime-original scenes.

"Smh that letter really broke Zenitsu. I pray they extend his fight because man, MAN," another fan wrote.

The final arc of the Demon Slayer series will be adapted as a movie trilogy that has been announced with the Hashira Training arc.
