One Piece chapter 1131 was released on November 11, 2024, teasing the origins of Loki when he befriended the monsters of the warland in his childhood. However, the peculiar aspect of his origins is that he did not stay in the royal palace but rather lived in the warland. These hints become even more intriguing when seen from Hajrudin's perspective.
Hajrudin, also the son of King Harald, was never referred to as the prince of Elbaf, even in a flashback. This could indicate a complicated hierarchy within the Elbaf Royal family, where Loki was born as the accused prince and then thrown into the warland. This scenario may lead to King Harald entering into another marriage, resulting in Hajrudin, Loki's stepbrother, coming to life.

One Piece: Exploring the Hierarchy of Elbaph's Royal Family
One Piece chapter 1131 saw Loki raging with anger when Monkey D. Luffy stopped listening to him. The Elbaf Prince then called out the monsters of the warland, whom Loki befriended in his childhood. However, instead of being shredded into little pieces as expected, things went the opposite as the monsters fell in love with him (presumably due to his Haki).
The strange thing about this is that Loki, the prince of Elbaph Island, spent his childhood in the warland's dangerous environment instead of inside the castle. Even though he was born inside as the 'accursed prince,' it wouldn't sit well for King Harald to abandon the only son who could inherit his throne.
This could be where Hajrudin's tale comes into place. Hajrudin, a part of the Straw Hat Grand Fleet, was confirmed as King Harald's son in One Piece chapter 1131. However, strangely enough, he is yet to be called by this suffix in his name, hinting that there might be something in Elbaph's Royal bloodline.
The reality of this bloodline could be that after Loki's birth, he was branded the accursed prince and subsequently abandoned, sent to the warland until his death. Despite this, he was a strong soul who befriended the monsters there. On the other hand, King Harald did another marriage, leading to Hajrudin's birth.
Since Hajrudin wasn't the first prince (or the true prince of Elbaph), he never really accepted the title of the Prince of Elbaph, the reason being that he has never been heard once as the King of Elbaf. This theory might also sit well with Loki killing his father because he could have a grudge against King Harald, who abandoned him when he was little.

Analysis and Final Thoughts
As seen in One Piece or media in general, kings often have multiple marriages to proliferate their descendants as much as they can. King Harald did the same thing, as he had to abandon Loki.
The other parts of the theory also sit well, with the key one being that Hajrudin has never been called a prince, even though he is one. So, the throne of Elbaph might see the battle of the stepsiblings Loki and Hajrudin.
