Love Is Indivisible by Twins episode 2 recap
The previous episode began with Naori, Rumi, and Jun now in high school. The Golden Week holidays were in full swing, and the Shirosaki and Jinguji families were having a barbecue. Jun and Naori were closer than ever.
As the men discussed cars and technology, Naori sought out Rumi and remarked on her striking resemblance to their mother. Rumi was perplexed by this statement, particularly in light of recent events. The episode then revealed that after ending her relationship with Jun, Rumi had asked him to date Naori.
The episode then shifted to the second day of the Golden Week which was a couple of days before the barbecue. Rumi visited the Shirosaki residence at her mother's request to ask Jun if he had any objections to yakisoba being prepared for the barbecue. Jun's parents were heading out for a date and asked Rumi to wake Jun up.
Rumi spent a long time just looking at Jun sleeping before finally deciding to wake him. She admitted that she had not wanted to end their relationship, and had only done so for Naori, who had feelings for him. Before Rumi left, she almost kissed Jun, but the thought of Naori held her back.
Later on, Jun asked Naori to go to the cinema with him. As they took a walk along the Arakawa River, Jun asked Naori if she wanted to be his girlfriend. Naori initially declined, stating that her mother had asked her to steer clear of Star Trek and Sherlock Holmes fans. However, she quickly confessed she was joking and accepted his proposal.
That night, Naori told Rumi she was in a relationship with Jun. Rumi congratulated her and reassured her sister that she harbored no hard feelings.
The episode then showed Jun's room, where Naori was engrossed in a book. Jun admitted he had trouble keeping up with all the different books and films Naori consumed because her preferences were so extensive. Finally, Naori asked him for a kiss.
What to expect from Love Is Indivisible by Twins episode 3 (speculative)
Now that Jun and Naori are officially a couple, Love Is Indivisible by Twins episode 3 might explore their relationship in greater depth. There is also room to explore Rumi’s feelings for Jun, which continue to bother her despite her reassurances and could lead to tension in the future. However, this is pretty speculative as the preview for the upcoming episode has not been released yet.
