One Piece chapter 1131 is set to be released on November 11, 2024, but the detailed spoilers for the chapter have already been released. The spoilers indicated that the chapter would reveal a lot about Loki's position on Elbaph including how he was chained up at the bottom of the Yggdrasil tree, which was titled the Underworld.
However, another cool detail of the chapter was Luffy's confidence against the giant monster surrounding Loki, a throwback to his time skip training at Rusukaina Island. This showcased that Luffy was already prepared for the worst during the time skip and showed Rayleigh's preparedness such that he made Luffy go through the worst for the New World.

One Piece: Luffy's confidence on Elbaph Island proves he trained well during the time skip
According to One Piece chapter 1131 spoilers, the chapter commenced where it left off as Luffy confronted a restrained Loki at the bottom of the Yggdrasil tree. Loki was restrained through chains, made of sea prism stones (presumably to negate his legendary devil fruit abilities). As their conversation continued, Loki grew impatient and started yelling at the Straw Hat.
After a little conversation, five beasts (polar bear, wolf, snake, mammoth, and gorilla) popped out and cornered Luffy while Loki watched him amusingly. Moreover, these beasts weren't normal ones as they were the size of titans. Even though Loki was expecting Luffy to panic, the Straw Hat beat the monsters in the blink of an eye and surprised the Prince of Elbaph.
Funnily enough, the remaining beasts started gazing at Luffy with kind eyes as if they were asking for his forgiveness. This display was enough to tell Loki that Luffy wasn't just another pirate who set sail on the Grand Line. As amazing as this display might be for the fandom, it took Luffy two years to become this strong during the time skip.
After Ace's horrid death in One Piece, Luffy delayed his reunion with his crew and went to Rusukaina Island with Rayleigh to start his training. During his training, Luffy encountered beasts (similar to what he encountered on Elbaph) and learned to control his Haki by going through extreme measures. This trained him enough such that he stood unfazed against the Elbaph beasts.
Moreover, this was also an indicator of Rayleigh's awareness of the endeavors his students could face on the Grand Line (especially the New World). So, he didn't hold back against Luffy from the start and made sure to teach Luffy everything he needed to lead his crew through the Grand Line.
Final thoughts
The time skip arc might just be a training arc for the fandom but it was more than that. During this arc, the Straw Hat Pirates learned about their weaknesses and fortified their strengths to the maximum. The fact that the crew hasn't faltered once since they regrouped after the time skip should be enough proof of what hell they went through during their time skip training.
