Migi & Dali episode 4 saw the twins trick Mrs. Matsuyama into revealing who has the paisley wallpaper in Origon Village. When Matsuyama revealed that the Ichijou family had the wallpaper, the twin brothers began formulating a plan to get close to the family's son, Eiji. However, when they tried to get close to him at school as Hitori, they realized that Eiji was in the Advanced Class and looked down upon students from other classes.

Hence, Migi and Dali started studying, trying to improve their grades for the midterm exams. During this, unbeknownst to Migi, Dali disguised himself as a girl named Sali to study in the library. Migi happened to develop a crush on Sali and started studying to possibly go on a date with her. This helped Migi and Dali get good grades as Hitori. However, Dali also had to trick Migi into believing that Sali was moving away.

Migi & Dali episode 5 will most likely focus on Eiji Ichijou. After learning that Hitori managed to get better grades than him, Eiji went to the former's class and went through the students' belongings. During this, he happened to find the twin brothers' necklace with the ice crystal design on it.

That said, the necklace isn't truly a necklace but is a button, possibly belonging to one of the wealthy families. Thus, Eiji might know of the family that uses the same patterned buttons for their apparel. With Hitori managing to get good marks, Eiji might finally become friends with him.
