Momoshiki Otsutsuki is one of the short-lived antagonists of Boruto and for good reason because he was quickly defeated in a matter of a few chapters and no one was sacrificed in the process. On the other hand, the Otsutsuki clan members like Isshiki and Kaguya were much harder to deal with and many sacrifices were made.
However, things could turn out differently in the future as the person using the powers of Momoshiki is the protagonist, and he could utilize only the good parts of the Otsutsuki's powers. These powers include stopping time and reading the future, which the Otsutsuki showcased after his defeat. This would prove his power's overpowered nature in the final fight between the protagonist and Kawaki.

Boruto: Why Momoshiki's potential could be more powerful than the other Otsutsuki clan members
Momoshiki was the first antagonist of the Boruto series and was introduced during the Chunnin exams. The antagonist kidnapped Naruto and took him to another time-space, where the Otsutsuki started extracting his chakra to harvest the chakra tree.
Fortunately, Sasuke and company arrived in time to help. After a heated battle against Naruto and Sasuke, Momoshiki faced off against the protagonist, who, with the help of his father's chakra, created a giant Rasengan that ended the antagonist.
Compared to Momoshiki, the other Otsutsuki were a hard nut to crack. Against Kaguya Otsutsuki in Naruto, Obito and a lot of sacrifices were made, and the main protagonist duo defeated the Otsutsuki with all their might.
In Isshiki Otsutsuki's case, Kurama was sacrificed and Naruto made a close escape from death. So, based on these scenarios, Momoshiki could be considered the weakest Otsutsuki out of everyone who invaded Earth in the past.
However, the true powers of Momoshiki make him outclassed as compared to the other Otsutsuki clan members, which he showcased after he was defeated by the protagonist. Momoshiki used "Future Sight" to predict the protagonist's future and also admitted that he couldn't use it on himself.
But the even more overpowered ability he showcased was "time stoppage." He was able to stop time for a few seconds and told the protagonist how he would reside inside him from that point. Kaguya's Infinite Tsukuyomi and Isshiki's Daikokuten were also overpowered but Momoshiki's powerup had great individual potential.
After Momoshiki was imbued inside the protagonist as a Karma, the latter could use his powers momentarily after the Otsutsuki took over him. Even in the Boruto Two Blue Vortex series, the protagonist is not in control of the powers of Momoshiki. However, it is expected of him to master this power before the final fight against Kawaki.
After taking control over Momoshiki, the protagonist could use his techniques like "time stoppage" and "Future Sight" against Kawaki who has Isshiki Otsutsuki's powers.
However, this would be a battle of improvisation because Momoshiki's time stoppage might not work against Kawaki because he has Isshiki's Daikokuten. So, the winner could be decided based on which fighter has the most adaptability per the moves in their arsenal.
