My Hero Academia chapter 430 was released on August 5, 2024, and the climax of the chapter saw All Might give Deku a new Iron suit to continue his journey as a hero because Midoriya deserved it. Where the ending of the chapter didn't satisfy the readers, this particular detail mellowed the ending a little bit.
However, as compared to the unfortunate ending of Deku in the series, All Might's tale ended with how he started as he helped someone stand up to their own feet. Just like Deku, Yagi Toshinori was also born quirkless and after getting One for All, he became the Symbol of Peace and wanted to help anyone in trouble, just like how he did for Izuku.

Why All Might's ending shadows Deku's bad ending in My Hero Academia
My Hero Academia chapter 430 commenced with an 8-year time skip where Deku continued his journey as a teacher, Uraraka and some other Class-A students started a welfare program on quirk awareness, Shouji continued his fight for the rights of heteromorphs, and the rest also entered their practical lives happily.
After the chapter ended, the post-credits featured All Might waiting for Izuku as he wanted to gift the Class-A student a new suit that was based on the Symbol of Peace's Armored Suit which he used to fight All for One during the final war. Although Deku hesitated at first, the Symbol of Peace encouraged him to accept the gift as he wanted his student to continue living his dream.
However, the fandom didn't like Deku staying a teacher for 8 years during the time skip as he should have competed for the #1 hero alongside Bakugo and Todoroki. This made the ending a bittersweet one for the fandom and the protagonist.
However, the ending Kohei Horikoshi gave Yagi Toshinori was what the fandom could not appreciate enough. Yagi Toshinori was born a quirkless child and got his motivation to become the Symbol of Peace from his mother. Being the Symbol of Peace, Toshinori always had the ambition to save others.
But he needed a quirk to achieve his dreams and that's when Nana Shimura entered the series. She was inspired by Toshinori's dreams and passed on her quirk One for All to him. Toshinori then became the #1 hero and was the Symbol of Peace for everyone.
Unfortunately, after one fight, Toshinori saw the end of his career near and started looking for a successor who could carry on the embers of One of All. Fortunately, he crossed paths with another quirkless boy, Izuku Midoriya. Sensing a will to fight for others, Toshinori now wanted to help him.
He gave Izuku the necessary training and passed on his quirk. However, he didn't stop there. There were a few embers of One for All left inside Toshinori which he used to keep fighting and save others.
This fight continued to My Hero Academia chapter 430, the final chapter, where he helped Izuku one last time, so that he could continue his dreams of staying a hero. So, where Izuku had an 'okay' ending in the climax of the series, All Might's character got the development it deserved as someone who wanted to protect others before he even became a hero.
