With 2024 soon shortly ending, One Punch Man fans were looking forward to reading the final manga chapter of the year. While the chapter had several inconsistencies, leaving fans confused, the manga creator Yusuke Murata did not fail to deliver as he gave fans the best Christmas gift with a God panel.
Amidst One Punch Man's Ninjas Arc, fans thought the story arc would focus on the battle between Blast and his former partner, Empty Void. However, with the latest manga chapter, Yusuke Murata switched the story's focus back to God as the manga artist ended the year on a high note.

One Punch Man: How did Murata introduce God in the Ninjas Arc?
One Punch Man chapter 211 explains that Empty Void had a secret. While he had been turned into one of God's avatars when he took his sister Luna's hand in the vision, he regained consciousness when he absorbed the energy that leaked out of Garou.
However, instead of revealing this development, he decided to pretend to be under God's control. In doing so, he planned to defeat heroes and turn them into God's avatars. After amassing a big army, he would set his plan to defeat God in motion.
He would exchange his life to divide Garou's energy within him between the avatars. This move would help the other avatars regain their sense of self and go after the big villain.
This is how manga creator Yusuke Murata inserted God in the Ninjas Arc. While it is yet to be revealed if the development took place in real-time or is a depiction of Void's plan, it allowed Murata to present his fans with a God panel on Christmas Day.
Fans' reaction to God's panel
Most anime fans were happy to see the God panel as the antagonist had been hinted at in the manga for a really long, helping build hype around the entity. Therefore, any panel featuring God left fans urging for more. Many fans believed the new development was a setup for the series' final story arc.
"DAMN BRO GOD APPEARS IN ONE PUNCH MAN (211)," one fan said.
"The stage is being set before our eyes," another fan said.
"Now what? He's suddenly a good guy who was planning to fight God? What writing is this bro?," other fan said.
"At least we got a god panel," another added.
As for other fans, they were disappointed over the new developments. Only a few chapters ago, Empty Void was trying to kill Blast, Sonic, and Flash. But now, he was planning to defeat God. This series of developments did not sit well with the fans. Other fans also had the same view about the chapter but were glad to see a God panel.
