My Hero Academia chapter 425 came out on June 10, 2024. The chapter saw the graduation ceremony of the third year of the U.A. High School and didn't showcase Midoriya talking about One for All, showcasing what he said in the previous chapter could be true.
One for All is unlike any other quirk in the series as All Might's description of this, before passing it to Izuku, was that it combines the powers of everyone and passes it onto the next generation.
During the last fight of the final war, All for One also admitted that Midoriya differed from All Might because, unlike the Symbol of Peace, his friends were always there to support Deku. So, Izuku, who has now exhausted One for All, could get his quirk back through an awakening that could involve him combining the powers of everyone who wanted to see him rise.

My Hero Academia: Exploring the chances of Deku getting his quirk powers back through an awakening
In My Hero Academia chapter 424, the afterevents of the war were shown. Deku and All Might were lying in the hospital as the former confessed about how he only had a few embers of One for All left inside him. This hinted that his chances of becoming quirkless again were higher than the alternative situation.
My Hero Academia chapter 425 saw a timeskip after which the graduation ceremony of the third year of the U.A. High School. While Deku's class went ahead to the next year, the chapter kept the talk about Deku's remaining embers of One for All a secret.
So, will Deku lose his quirk which he borrowed from All Might at the start of the series? Except for the One for All quirk, the protagonist also had a meta ability, allowing him to use the quirks of the previous owners of One for All, like Danger Sense, Fa Jin, and others.
This linked back to All Might's description of this quirk, saying that the amazing thing about One For All was that the previous owner collects power and passes it onto the next user.
This means that what the first user gathered, he passed it to the next user until it was passed onto Deku. As expected from the protagonist, he used each ability pretty well, surprising each of the vestiges.
Unfortunately, he passed all the vestiges to TomurAFO to destroy the antagonist and was left with a few embers of One for All, just like his mentor Yagi Toshinori (All Might).
But One for All gets stronger by the passing vestige, meaning what Deku possesses is the stronger version of One For All so there could be multiple layers to its working. One such layer could be the meaning behind 'collecting power and passing it.'
The power of the previous vestiges was lost to TomurAFO, but what made Deku's power special was his friends' will, which helped him become stronger. As admitted by All For One during the last fight, Deku was stronger than All Might because he had friends backing him up wherever needed.
So, the awakening of Deku's One for All could be him collecting everyone's power (a chunk of their power) and combining them to re-awaken One for All again. As Deku possesses the strongest version of One for All, his awakening could be just as strong, which could help him regain the quirk he lost but not the meta ability as all the vestiges were passed to TomurAFO.
