Following the previous issue’s release, fans are incredibly excited for My Hero Academia chapter 427, which will be coming soon thanks to no break week preceding its release. Fans are specifically excited about the issue following the tease of a focus on Spinner, which many suspect could lead to the reveal of Tomura Shigaraki’s return.
However, verifiable spoilers for My Hero Academia chapter 427 are unfortunately not available as of this article’s writing. While they should be made available later in the release week, there is no guarantee that they will. This is due to recent anti-manga piracy efforts in Japan, which could result in the series’ spoiler process going defunct at any time without warning.
That being said, there are some aspects of My Hero Academia chapter 427 that fans can count on being present or expect even without the help of leaked spoiler information. Unsurprisingly, much of this revolves around a focus on Spinner, with one of two narrative courses likely to come from the upcoming issue’s presumed focus on him.
My Hero Academia chapter 427 set to focus on Spinner, either sees Deku speak with him or sees Shigaraki return
My Hero Academia chapter 427 will likely open up with a continued focus on Spinner, revealing who his as of yet unknown visitor is. Likewise, fans predominantly agree that there are two main options as to who this visitor could be. The first is protagonist Izuku “Deku” Midoriya given that he needs to honor Shigaraki’s last wishes. The other is Tomura Shigaraki himself, revealing him to be the “new character” introduced in the epilogue and having been reborn somehow.
In the first scenario, fans will likely see Spinner lash out at and possibly reject Deku given his role in Shigaraki’s death and from Spinner’s point of view, his inability to achieve his dream. Deku will likely accept these feelings, taking the opportunity to make it clear to Spinner that he isn’t happy about his inability to save Shigaraki either.
My Hero Academia chapter 427 should then see Spinner begin to calm down, recognizing that while Deku may have been a hero, he was not necessarily Shigaraki’s enemy. It’s also worth mentioning here that this route assumes Spinner has recovered from his Nomu-like state enough to conscientiously understand his surroundings. If this isn’t the case, fans can expect the conversation to be much more one-sided on Deku’s part up to this point.
However, in either scenario, the issue should end on Spinner’s thoughts regarding Shigaraki’s life and what he’ll do next, with the final panels likely setting up the epilogue’s next focus. The alternate route, while much more exciting, is also much more difficult to predict due to the implicit unknowns that will shape it.
In either case, My Hero Academia chapter 427’s Shigaraki return route will likely begin with Spinner recognizing Shigaraki as he enters the room, regardless of his current mental condition. Fans may even see Shigaraki use the All For One Quirk to revert Spinner to his pre-war state by removing the extra Quirks in his body.
From here, the two will likely have a long and drawn-out conversation regarding the final war, what happened, and where they each go from here. The issue will likely end with Shigaraki teasing that he still has unfinished business with Deku, as the protagonist is shown entering the hospital to visit Spinner while Shigaraki is still there.
